요즘 같은 고물가 시대에 현명한 소비!! 가성비 호텔뷔페 [소테츠호텔 더 스프라지르] BST 레스토랑

안녕하세요. 눈사람호텔리뷰 입니다. 
이번에는 '가성비 호텔뷔페' 를 방문하기 위해 ' 소테츠호텔 더 스프라지르 ' 명동에 왔어요. 
 
Hello. This is Snowman Hotel Review.
This time, we came to 'Sotetsu Hotel The Splaisir' in Myeongdong to visit the 'cost-effective hotel buffet'.
 

 
호텔뷔페인데 16900원 이에요. 
전보다는 좀 올랐는데 그래도 착한 가격입니다. (전에는 15900원 이었음 )
전부터 BST 레스토랑이 가성비 호텔뷔페라고 유명해서 알고 있었는데, 이번에 한번 오게 되었어요. 
호텔 서비스에 관심 많은 저의 시선으로 한번 리뷰해 보겠습니다. 
외부에서 바로 들어가는 입구가 있었지만, 전 분위기를 볼 겸 호텔 로비를 통해서 들어갔어요.
 
It's a hotel buffet, and it costs 16,900 won.
It's a bit more expensive than before, but it's still a good price. (It used to be 15,900 won.)
I've known about BST Restaurant for a long time because it's famous for its cost-effective hotel buffet, and I came here this time.
I'll review it from my perspective, as someone who's interested in hotel service.
There was an entrance that you could enter directly from the outside, but I went in through the hotel lobby to see the atmosphere.
 

 
이 호텔은 일본계열 호텔이구요. 
로비에 들어서면 커다란 라인프렌즈 캐릭터가 반겨줍니다. 
 
This hotel is a Japanese-affiliated hotel.
When you enter the lobby, a large Line Friends character welcomes you.
 

 
BST 레스토랑은 지하1층에 있어요. 
BST 약자... 궁금해서 뭔지 물어봤거든요?! Best, Smile, Table 이래요. 모르셨죠 ㅋㅋ
 
BST restaurant is on the basement floor.
BST abbreviation... I was curious so I asked what it was?! It's Best, Smile, Table. You didn't know.
 

 
도착했는데 벌써 많은 사람들이 줄 서서 기다리고 있었어요. 
왠만하면 예약하고 오시길 추천드립니다. 
여기 근처에 '그레이스 리 호텔'이 있는데 거기 런치뷔페도 굉장히 저렴해요. 
그런데 '그레이스 리 런치 뷔페' 는 한가했는데, 이곳 BST 레스토랑은 유명한지... 확실히 사람이 많았습니다. 
 
When I arrived, there were already many people waiting in line.
I recommend making a reservation if possible.
There is a 'Grace Lee Hotel' nearby, and the lunch buffet there is also very cheap. 
However, the 'Grace Lee Lunch Buffet' was quiet, but this BST restaurant is famous... There were definitely a lot of people.
 

 
식기류는 자리에 세팅되어 있지 않으니 각자 챙겨야 합니다. 
메뉴 한번 살펴 볼게요. 
 
The cutlery is not provided, so you must bring your own.
Let's take a look at the menu.
 

 
소고기스튜, 오일파스타, 볶음밥, 떡볶이, 허니버터 콘 립, 치킨 이 있어요. 
중간에 음식이 떨어져도 금방금방 채워주더라구요. 
 
There is beef stew, oil pasta, fried rice, tteokbokki, honey butter corn ribs, and chicken.
Even if you run out of food in the middle, they refill it right away.
 

 
 

신선한 과일, 요거트와 토핑, 고구마샐러드, 콜드 파스타, 올리브, 해파리 냉채,  크림스프, 호박죽 이 있습니다. 
There are fresh fruits, yogurt and toppings, sweet potato salad, cold pasta, olives, jellyfish salad, cream soup, and pumpkin porridge.
 

된장국과 한식 반찬들이 있어 비빔밥을 만들어 먹을 수도 있구요. 
원하는 토핑을 넣어 끓여먹는 한강 라면이 있습니다. 
라면 종류도 짜파게티 포함해서 여러가지라 골라서 먹을 수 있어요. 
 
There are soybean paste soup and Korean side dishes, so you can make bibimbap.
There is Hangang Ramen, which you can boil with your desired toppings.
There are many types of ramen, including Jjapaghetti, so you can choose and eat.
 

 
원하는 재료를 넣고 직접 육수를 부어 만들어 먹는 쌀국수 코너도 있구요.   
There is also a rice noodle corner where you can make your own rice noodle by adding your desired ingredients and pouring in the broth.
 

 
직접 만들어 먹는 크로플 서비스도 있어요.
아무래도 가성비 호텔뷔페니까 , 요리사가 만들어 주지 않고 직접 준비해서 먹어야 해요. 
 
크로플 만들어 먹는 방법은?! 
반죽을 올려 뚜껑을 닫고 타이머를 맞춰서 구워 드시면 됩니다. 
원하는 토핑으로 꾸며서, 마치 카페에서 먹는 디저트처럼 만들어 먹을 수 있었어요. 
 
There is also a croffle service where you can make it yourself.
Since it is a cost-effective hotel buffet, you have to prepare it yourself instead of having the chef make it for you.
 
How do you make a croffle?!
Just put the dough on it, close the lid, set the timer, and bake it.
You can decorate it with your desired toppings and make it like a dessert you would eat at a cafe.
 

 
각종 빵과, 도넛, 쿠키, 롤케이크가 있어서 커피와 함께 마무리 할 수 있어요.
걸어놓은 도넛 세팅 너무 귀엽지 않나요.
저런 도넛 세팅은 처음 보는데... 신박하고 아이디어가 좋은 것 같애요.  
 

There are various breads, donuts, cookies, and roll cakes, so you can finish it with coffee.
Isn't the hanging donut setting so cute?
I've never seen a donut setting like that before... It's so new and I think it's a good idea.
 

 
시리얼, 탄산음료, 주스들도 준비되어 있었습니다. 
특히 당근주스가 맛있어서 식사할 때 같이 마셨습니다. 

Cereal, soda, and juice were also available.
The carrot juice was especially delicious, so I drank it with my meal.
 

 
저희 후기는요~!! 솔직히 이 가격으로 나쁘지 않아요. 
가격대비 퀄리티 있는 뷔페라고 생각합니다.  요즘 물가가 너무 비싸잖아요 ㅜㅜ 
참고로 여기... 커피조차도 맛있었어요.
이 맛있는 커피에 디저트까지 포함해서 식사까지 전부 16900원이면 정말 괜찮은 가성비 호텔뷔페라고 생각합니다
 
Our review~!! Honestly, it's not bad for this price.
I think it's a quality buffet for the price. These days, things are so expensive ㅜㅜ
By the way, here... even the coffee was delicious.
I think it's a really good value hotel buffet with a total of 16,900 won, including this delicious coffee and dessert.
 

 
한강 라면으로 마무리 했어요. 
제가 예전 글로, 가성비 호텔뷔페 몇군데를 소개했었는데 그곳들과 한번 비교해볼게요. 
우선 세 곳 다 전체적으로 볶음밥, 소고기스튜, 떡볶이, 샐러드, 파스타, 디저트 등등...
메뉴가 다 비슷비슷해요. 맛도 비슷하구요. 그런데
 
BST 레스토랑이 음식 가짓수가 조금 더 많아요. ( 크로플, 라면, 허니버터 콘 립)  
평일만 운영하구요~ 유아 11000원입니다. 사람 많고 지하 1층이라 뷰가 없어요.  
1인 16900원.
 
홀리데이인 런치: 주말, 공휴일 다 운영. 심지어 유아 무료!!! 
이곳도 사람 많음. 높은 층이라 전망 좋고 뷰 좋음. 로비가 가장 예쁘고 가장 호텔뷔페다운 분위기. 
1인 19800원.
 
그레이스리 런치: 평일만 가능. 셋 중 먹을게 별로 없음. 1인 16500원
가장 조용함. 사람 많고 번잡한 분위기가 싫다면 조용해서 점심 약속 장소로 좋음. 
 
I finished it with Hangang Ramen.
In my previous post, I introduced several cost-effective hotel buffets, so I'll compare them.
First of all, all three places have fried rice, beef stew, tteokbokki, salad, pasta, dessert, etc...
The menus are all similar. The tastes are similar. However,

BST Restaurant has a bit more food options. (Croffle, ramen, honey butter corn ribs)
It's only open on weekdays~ It's 11,000 won for infants. There are a lot of people and it's on the basement floor, so there's no view.

Holiday Inn Lunch: Open on weekends and holidays. Even infants are free!!!
This place is also crowded. It's on a high floor, so the view is good. The lobby is the prettiest and the most hotel buffet-like atmosphere.

Grace Lee Lunch: Weekdays only. There's not much to eat out of the three.
It's the quietest. If you don't like crowded and busy atmospheres, it's quiet, so it's a good place to meet up for lunch.
 

 
가장 맛있었던 건 허니버터 콘 립이었어요 !!!
처음에 먹어보고 너무 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 
왠지 이걸 휴게소에서 판다면.... 돈주고도 사먹을만한 맛이었어요.
이 메뉴만 여러번 가져다 먹었네요. 
보니까 여기 뷔페 직원들도 정중하고 친절했어요. 
 
The most delicious one was the honey butter corn ribs!!!
The first time I tried it, I was surprised at how delicious it was.
If they sold this at a rest stop.... it was so delicious that I would pay for it.
I brought this menu and ate it several times.
The buffet staff here were also polite and kind.
 

 
식사 끝나고 화장실 이용했는데 시설이 편백 인테리어로 상쾌하니 깨끗했어요. 
모든것이 만족하였답니다. 
정리하자면?!
요즘같은 고물가 시대에 ~~~ 한끼식사로 정말 괜찮은 가성비 호텔 뷔페로 인정합니다. 
 
After eating, I used the bathroom, and the facilities were clean and refreshing with cypress interior.
I was satisfied with everything.
To summarize?!
In these times of high prices ~~~ I recognize this as a really good value for money hotel buffet for one meal.
