가성비 호텔 뷔페 9900원 [MD호텔 독산] 런치 다녀왔습니다.

이번에는 'MD호텔 독산' 에 런치뷔페 다녀온 경험을 기록합니다.
과거에는 '스타즈호텔 독산' 이었는데 지금은 이름이 변경되었다고 하네요. 
 
Hello. This is Snowman Hotel Review.
This time, I'm sharing my experience with the lunch buffet at MD Hotel Doksan.
It used to be called Starz Hotel Doksan, but I heard it's been renamed.
 

 
MD 호텔 독산은 뷔페 이용시 주차 2시간 무료입니다.
이곳은 근처에 지하철역이 없고, 버스정류장이 멀어서 대중교통 이용하기 조금 불편한 위치였어요.

MD Hotel Doksan offers two hours of free parking with buffet service.
The location is a bit inconvenient for public transportation, as there's no subway station nearby and the bus stop is far away.
 

평일 런치뷔페 9900원이라고 적혀 있습니다.
요즘같은 고물가 세상에 말도 안되는 가격인데 궁금해서 한번 다녀왔습니다.
호텔뷔페인데 가격이 너무 저렴하니까 기대치를 완전 내려놓고 방문해야 해요. 
너무 기대하고 오면 실망할 수 있습니다 
 
The weekday lunch buffet is listed at 9,900 won.
In today's world of high prices, that's a ridiculous price, but I was curious, so I went.
For a hotel buffet, the prices are so low, so you should completely lower your expectations before you go.
If you go with too high expectations, you might be disappointed.
 

이곳은 MD호텔 로비입니다.
공간이 꽤 넓고 아늑한 쇼파가 있어 분위기가 좋아보였습니다.
뷔페 시작 전 조금 일찍 도착했는데, 호텔로비에서 편안히 쉬다가 올라갔습니다.
예전에 인터컨티넨탈 파르나스에서 호텔로비에 휴식공간이 없어서 서서 30분을 기다린 경험이 있었는데,
이곳에서는 앉아서 기다릴 수 있어 훨씬 좋았습니다.

This is the lobby of the MD Hotel.
The space was quite spacious, and the cozy sofas gave it a nice atmosphere.
I arrived a little early before the buffet started, so I relaxed in the lobby before heading upstairs.
I'd previously waited standing for 30 minutes at the InterContinental Parnas because there was no seating area in the lobby.
But here, I could sit and wait, which was much better.
 

 
뷔페 위치는 호텔 2층이구요
레스토랑 이름은 '디마쉬' 인데 뷔페 규모가 꽤 크고, 분위기가 신라스테이랑 비슷했어요.

The buffet is located on the second floor of the hotel. The restaurant's name is "Dimash." The buffet is quite large, and the atmosphere is similar to Shilla Stay.
 

 
입구 앞에는 7000원에 판매중인 미니와인을 볼 수 있었어요. 
그리고 디마쉬 레스토랑 앞에도 대기석이 준비되어 있었습니다.
고객을 위한 세심한 배려가 느껴졌네요. 

At the entrance, I saw mini bottles of wine for sale for 7,000 won.
There was also a waiting area in front of Dimash Restaurant.
I could feel the meticulous attention to detail they put into their customers.
 

메뉴 한번 살펴 볼게요.
도토리묵, 오렌지 시저 샐러드, 유자드레싱 샐러드, 한식반찬들
 
Let's take a look at the menu. Acorn jelly, orange Caesar salad, yuzu dressing salad, Korean side dishes.
 

 
볶음밥, 알감자볶음, 오일파스타, 두부조림, 떡갈비, 생선까스, 비빔국수, 물만두
 
Fried rice, stir fried potatoes, oil pasta, braised tofu, tteokgalbi (grilled short ribs), fish cutlet, bibim noodles, boiled dumplings

 

 
미역국, 누룽지, 양송이 스프 를 따뜻하게 드실 수 있습니다. 
 

 
음료는 매실주스, 둥글레차 가 있구요
비빔밥코너와 옆에는 계란코너에요.
참고로 계란후라이는 셀프로 조리해야 합니다.
제 블로그나 유투브 보시면 아시겠지만
호텔뷔페 가격이 저렴할수록 셀프 서비스가 많아집니다. ㅋㅋ 아무래도 인건비를 줄여야 하니까요.
고급 호텔일수록 셰프가 직접 조리 및 서비스를 해줍니다.

Drinks include plum juice and donggulle tea.
There's a bibimbap corner, and next to it is an egg corner.
For your information, you have to cook your own fried eggs.
As you'll see on my blog or YouTube,
the cheaper the hotel buffet, the more self-service there is. Haha, after all, they need to cut down on labor costs.
The more upscale the hotel, the more chefs prepare and serve the food.
 
 

 
보니까 전 좌석이 가득 차진 않았네요.
다녀본 가성비 호텔뷔페 중 비교적 한가로운 분위기였습니다.
여기 오기 전 전화로 예약문의 해 보니까 예약안하고 그냥 와도 된다고 했습니다. 

I noticed that none of the seats were full.
It was a relatively quiet atmosphere compared to other value-for-money hotel buffets I've been to.
I called to make a reservation before coming here, and they said I could just show up without a reservation.
 

 
여긴 디저트와 커피가 없구요.  리필할 것도 없이 두접시 정도 담아오면 끝~
뷔페 구성이 간소하지만 알차다고 해야 할까요?! 깔끔한 인테리어에 한식뷔페 온 느낌입니다. 
저는 비빔국수 저거 맛있더라구요.
솔직히 음식맛은 전부 평범한데, 여긴 가격이 맛있어서 그런지 만족입니다. 
참고로 먹다보니까 이미 소진된 음식은 리필을 잘 안해줍니다.
그래서 왠만하면 처음 뷔페 시작할 때 미리 음식을 담아오셔서 식사하세요.

There's no dessert or coffee here. You only need to bring two plates, no refills required.
The buffet is simple, but it's packed with flavor! The clean interior makes it feel like a Korean buffet.
I really liked the bibim guksu.
Honestly, the food is average, but the prices are reasonable, so I'm satisfied.
Just a side note: they don't usually refill food once you've finished it.
So, if possible, grab some food before you start the buffet.
 

 
다 먹은 접시는 직접 정리해야 하는데요.
잔반, 접시, 식기류를 분리해서 놓으면 되는데 위치가 식사하는 테이블 옆이라 그게 좀 아쉽더라구요.
호텔뷔페 9900원 인 점을 생각해보면,  인건비를 줄이려고 셀프서비스로 운영하나 봅니다.

You have to clean up your own plates after you're done eating.
You can separate the leftovers, plates, and cutlery, but the location is right next to the dining table, which is a bit disappointing.
Considering that the hotel buffet costs 9,900 won, I imagine they're operating on a self-service basis to cut down on labor costs.
 

 
호텔 로비에 팥고당 카페와 GS 편의점이 있습니다.
이곳에서 커피나 디저트를 사 먹으면 되겠네요.
팥고당 카페는 아침에 빵 구매시 아메리카노 900원이라고 합니다. 

There's a Patgodang Cafe and a GS25 convenience store in the hotel lobby.
You can grab coffee or dessert there.
At Patgodang Cafe, an Americano costs 900 won with the purchase of bread in the morning.
 

MD 호텔 런치뷔페 다녀온 저의 소감은요?!
'가성비 호텔뷔페' 이면서 괜찮다고 생각합니다.
그렇다고 멀리서 찾아올 만한 정도는 아니구요.
마침 근처에 계시다면 한끼 점심식사로 충분히 좋다고 생각합니다.
요즘같은 고물가 시대에 식사 메뉴 하나에 만원이 훌쩍 넘어가잖아요!?
여기는 호텔이라 쾌적한 시설에 화장실도 깨끗해서 저는 좋더라구요~

What are my thoughts on the MD Hotel lunch buffet?!
I think it's a decent value hotel buffet.
But it's not worth traveling far for.
If you're nearby, I think it's a great option for a quick lunch.
In these times of high prices, a single meal can easily cost over 10,000 won, right?
Because it's a hotel, the facilities are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, which I appreciated.
