[하늘위 호텔] 대한항공 비지니스석 이용해 본 후기

이번에는 '하늘 위 호텔' 이라 불리는 '대한항공 비지니스석' 이용 후기를 포스팅합니다.

Hello. This is Snowman Hotel Review. 

This time, I will post a review of the 'Korean Air Business Class', also known as the 'Hotel in the Sky'.

 

대한항공 비지니스 좌석 모습입니다. 실제로 보면 더 간지 좔좔이더군요.

특징은 각 자리마다 '칸막이' 가 설치되어 있어서 나만의 아늑한 개인 공간이 생깁니다. 
이 칸막이는 호불호가 있던데 답답하다고 느끼는 사람들도 있었습니다. 

( 예전 칸막이 없는 오픈된 비지니스석이 좋다고 ... ) 

This is what Korean Air's business class seats look like. They look even cooler in person.
The special feature is that each seat has a 'partition' installed, so you can have your own cozy personal space.
This partition is a matter of preference, and some people find it stuffy.
(I liked the old open business class seats without partitions...)

 

옆에 칸막이를 올리면 옆 좌석이랑 완벽하게 분리가 되는 구조에요.

직접 이용해보니 정말 쾌적했고 왜 하늘 위 호텔이라 하는지 수긍이 갔습니다. 
답답하게 갇힌 느낌을 싫어하고, 넓게 뻥 뚫린 비지니스석을 선호하는 사람은 안 좋아할 수도 있겠군요.

If you put up a partition on the side, it is completely separated from the seat next to you.
I personally used it and it was really comfortable and I understood why it is called a hotel in the sky.
People who hate feeling stuffy and confined and prefer wide open business class seats might not like it.

 

팔걸이 안에서 테이블을 꺼낼 때는 한번 아래로 눌러줘야 나옵니다.
고급스럽고 널찍한 테이블이었어요.

좌석 근처에 충전 가능한 콘센트가 있습니다.

초록색 불이 들어와야 충전 가능하다는 표시에요. 

When you take the table out from the armrest, you have to press down once.
It was a luxurious and spacious table.
There is a charging outlet near the seat.

A green light should come on to indicate that charging is possible.

 

 

팔걸이 뒤 쪽을 열어보면 간단한 물건을 보관할 수 있는 공간과 기내 슬리퍼가 있습니다. 
슬리퍼는 확실히 이코노미 슬리퍼보다 도톰하고 퀄리티가 좋았습니다. 

 

Opening the back of the armrest, there is a space to store small items and a pair of in-flight slippers. The slippers are definitely thicker and better quality than the economy slippers.

 

 

좌석 조절 버튼과 화면 조절 리모콘이 있어요.
좌석조절 버튼은 이착륙할때, 식사, 취침 자세로 바꿀 수 있어요.

등받침, 발받침 따로 조절 가능하고 칸막이 조절 버튼과 조명 버튼이 있습니다.

There are seat adjustment buttons and screen adjustment remote controls.
The seat adjustment buttons can be changed to takeoff and landing, eating, and sleeping positions.
The backrest and footrest can be adjusted separately, and there are partition adjustment buttons and lighting buttons.

 

 

버튼 이용해서 조명도 켜 보고 좌석도 일자로 눕혀 보았어요. 180도 완전 펴져서 누웠을때 정말 편했습니다.

비행하는 내내 불편하지 않고 시간이 정말 빨리 지나갔습니다.

I tried turning on the lights using the button and reclined the seat. It was really comfortable when I laid down after fully unfolding 180 degrees.
I was comfortable throughout the flight and time passed really quickly.

 

 

리모콘 작동법은 쉽고 어렵지 않아요. 설명서가 있길래 보고 참고했어요. 
다리 쭉 쳐고 영화나 봐야겠어요.
이코노미 좌석에서 영화보려면 화면 거리가 가까워서 눈알 아프잖아요 ㅜ

( 심지어 앞좌석 승객이 의자를 뒤로 젓히면 더 보기 힘들어짐... )
비지니스 좌석에서는 그럴 걱정없이 두 다리 쭉 펴고 영화감상 할 수 있어서 좋았어요

다시 한번 느끼는 거지만.... 공간이 바로 돈입니다. 

 

 

The remote control is easy and not difficult to operate. I looked at the manual and used it as a reference.
I guess I'll have to stretch my legs and watch a movie.
If you watch a movie in economy class, the screen is too close, so your eyes will hurt. ㅜ
( It's even harder to see if the passenger in front of you reclines their seat... )
In business class, you can stretch your legs and watch a movie without worrying about that, which was nice.
I feel it again... Space is money.

 

 

정확하게는 알 수 없으나 아주 가끔 비지니스 클래스 좌석으로도 이코노미클래스로 운영하는 경우가 있다고 해요.

(풍문으로는 각 클래스 예약률이나 퍼스트클래스 운영 여부 등등 영향이 있다고 들었습니다. )

확률은 아주 드물지만 이런 경우도 있음을 알려드리기 위해 포스팅 하게 되었어요.

아는 지인은 제주도 갈때 비지니스 좌석 예약했더니 완전 좋은 기종의 퍼스트클래스 좌석으로 탄 경우도 봤음..

 

I don't know for sure, but I heard that very occasionally, business class seats are operated as economy class.
(I heard that it is affected by the reservation rate of each class, whether first class is operated, etc.)
The probability is very rare, but I am posting this to let you know that there are cases like this.
An acquaintance of mine saw a case where he booked a business class seat when going to Jeju Island and ended up getting a first class seat on a really good aircraft..
