오늘은 망상 오토캠핑리조트에 한옥호텔 이용한 경험을 기록합니다.
동해망상오토캠핑 리조트에는 여러가지 숙박시설 형태가 있습니다.

그 중 저희 가족은 '동해망상해변 한옥촌' 에 다녀왔어요. 

 

Hello. This is Snowman Hotel review.

Today, I'll be sharing my experience staying at a Hanok (traditional Korean house) hotel in Mangsan Auto Camping Resort. Mangsan Auto Camping Resort offers various types of accommodation. Among them, my family and I visited the 'Donghae Mangsan Beach Hanok Village'.

 

이 곳은 한옥호텔, 전원주택단지 독채숙소, 캠핑장, 통나무 숙소 등등 여러가지 타입이 있는 이색적인 리조트에요.

선호하는 숙소 타입을 고를 수 있다는 장점이 있는 것 같습니다. 

This resort offers various types of accommodations, including Hanok (traditional Korean house) hotels, standalone houses in a rural area, camping grounds, log cabins, and more. It seems like an unconventional resort where you can choose your preferred type of accommodation, which is definitely an advantage.

 

객실 열쇠는 3시부터 프런트에서 수령합니다.
2시에 도착해서 번호표 뽑았는데 8번대였어요.

아무튼 기다리다가 3시쯤 체크인 하려고 프런트 갔는데 사람이 바글바글한거에요...

우와 인기 많은 곳인가봐요. 참고로 프런트 옆에는 편의점이 있습니다.

 

The room keys are collected from the front desk starting at 3 PM. 

I went to the front desk around 3 PM to check-in, and it was bustling with people...

Wow, seems like a popular place! By the way, there's a convenience store next to the front desk.

 

망상해변한옥마을 한바퀴 둘러봤어요.
분위기가 조용하고 고즈넉한 아름다운 분위기였어요.
망상 오토캠핑리조트 한옥 숙소는 단독형, 단층연립, 복층연립 등이 있는데 저희 가족은 이번에 단층연립으로 예약했어요.
한옥마을 정자에 올라가서 물레방아 돌아가는 것도 보고 연못 안에 물고기도 봤어요. 외국인이 놀러오면 정말 재미있어 할 것 같아요.

I took a stroll around Mangsan Beach Hanok Village. It had a quiet and serene atmosphere, which was truly beautiful. The Hanok accommodations at Mangsan Auto Camping Resort come in various types, including standalone, single-story, and duplex units. Our family booked a single-story unit this time.

We also climbed up to the pavilion in the Hanok village, where we saw the traditional waterwheel and watched the fish swimming in the pond. Foreign visitors would definitely enjoy it.

 

단층연립 객실에 들어가면 제일 먼저 거실이 보이고 잔디마당과 걸터 앉을 수 있는 마루가 있어요.

다들 여기서 돗자리나 캠핑용 테이블 펴 놓고 생활 한답니다.

As you enter the single-story duplex unit, the first thing you'll see is the living room, along with a grassy yard and a veranda where you can sit and relax.

Many people here spread out blankets or camping tables to enjoy their time.

 

 

한옥 마루에 걸터앉아 음악을 듣거나 편의점에서 컵라면 사와서 먹었어요.

잔디마당에서 아이가 비누방울 놀이하는거 지켜보면서 따뜻한 차 마시고 마음껏 휴식했어요.
한옥호텔은 처음 와보는데 힐링되는 분위기가 확실히 있더라구요. 이색적인 숙소라 그런지 재미도 있구요.

I sat on the Hanok veranda, listening to music and enjoying cup noodles bought from the convenience store.

While watching my child play with soap bubbles on the grassy yard, I relaxed with a warm cup of tea. It was my first time staying at a Hanok hotel, and it definitely had a healing atmosphere. Perhaps because it's such an unconventional accommodation, it was also quite fun.

 

숙소 구조는 거실과 온돌방 하나로 되어 있어요.

방에는 장롱과 화장대가 있어요.

화장대 서랍안에 드라이기 있었고 장롱안에는 침구 4개씩 있었어요.

 

The accommodation consists of a living room and an Ondol room.

Inside the room, there is a wardrobe and a vanity.

There was a hairdryer in the vanity drawer, and inside the wardrobe, there were four sets of bedding.

 

 

한옥이라 방문은 미닫이 형식이었고 바닥에 이불깔고 자야해요. 

오랜만에 침대 아닌 따끈한 방바닥에서 자니 좋았어요. 

Since it's a Hanok, the doors were sliding doors, and we had to sleep on the floor with blankets.

It was refreshing to sleep on the warm floor instead of a bed after a long time.

 

 

창문도 한국 고유의 미가 느껴지고 예뻐요.

그런데 밖에서 방안이 너무 잘 보여서 한지로 된 창문 한번 더 닫아줘야해요.

 

The windows also had a traditional Korean feel to them and were quite beautiful.

However, since the inside of the room was clearly visible from the outside, we had to close the paper-covered windows with Hanji (traditional Korean paper) one more time for privacy.

 

 

방안에서 창문열면 잔디마당이랑 바다가 바로 보여서 좋았어요. 

 

It was nice to see the grassy yard and the sea right outside the window when we opened it in the room.

 

 

냉장고와 커피 포트가 있는 주방이 있어요. 그러나 여기는 조리가 불가능한 객실입니다.

숙소의 천장이 아름다워서 사진을 찍어봤어요. (서까래인가요?)

거실에서 이불을 깔고 자면 한옥의 높고 아름다운 천장을 보며 특별한 경험을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요.

There's a kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee pot. However, this room is not suitable for cooking. I took a picture of the beautiful ceiling in the accommodation. (Is it called a rafters?) Sleeping in the living room with blankets laid out, I could enjoy the unique experience of the high and lovely ceiling of the Hanok.

 

 

화장실은 세면대가 밖으로 분리되어 있는 구조였고 단점은 화장실 문이 미닫이인데 잘 안 잠겨요...
화장실 문 잠그려다 걸쇠가 안걸려서 힘들어 포기하고 샤워하고 있는데 아이가 문 드르륵 열면 그냥 열린다는거....
그리고 수건 4장만 주고 바디타올은 없어요.

The bathroom had a separate sink area, and one downside was that the bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't lock securely...

I struggled to lock the bathroom door because the latch wouldn't catch, so I gave up and started showering. But then my child just slid the door open effortlessly...

Also, they only provided four towels, and there were no body towels.

 

 

또다른 화장실 불편했던 점.

숙소 내 다른 창문들은 블라인드가 각각 있던데, 화장실 창문에는 (비록 위치가 높긴 했지만 ) 샤워할때 블라인드가 없어서 불안하고 신경쓰이긴 했어요. 

Another inconvenience with the bathroom was that while other windows had blinds, the bathroom window (even though it was positioned high) didn't have any blinds. So, while showering, I felt a bit uneasy and self-conscious.

 

 

호텔 어메니티는 비누, 샴푸, 바디샤워만 있어요.

린스랑 바디로션 챙겨가세요

 

The hotel amenities only include soap, shampoo, and body wash.

Remember to bring your own conditioner and body lotion.

 

한옥객실 바로 앞이 바다에요.
산책할 때 조명이 예뻐서 찍어봤어요. 

해변에 데크가 쫙 깔려 있어서 신발에 들어올 모래걱정 없이 여유롭게 산책할 수 있어요.

특히 유모차, 휠체어, 유아 퀵보드 전부 문제없이 다닐 수 있는게 큰 장점이에요.

The sea is right in front of the Hanok room. I took some pictures because the lighting was beautiful during my walk.

There's a deck laid out on the beach, so you can stroll without worrying about sand getting into your shoes.

Especially, it's a big advantage that strollers, wheelchairs, and toddler scooters can all move around without any problems.

 

 

바다 보면서 타는 그네.. 이거 꼭 타세요!!

직접 타보니 마치 바다 위 하늘로 날아가는 것 같았음 ㅎ

Swing while looking at the sea... You must try this!!

When you actually ride it, it feels like you're flying into the sky above the sea.

 

망상 오토캠핑리조트는 한옥호텔 말고 전원주택 단지 숙소도 있어요.

저희 가족도 처음에 여기 예약 했었는데 얼마 전 타운하우스도 다녀왔고, 제주도 캠퍼트리도 다녀와서

좀 더 이색적인 해변한옥마을 숙소가 좋을 것 같아서 마지막에 변경했어요.
요새 전원주택단지 타운하우스 형식의 리조트가 유행인 것 같아요.

Mangsan Auto Camping Resort offers not only Hanok hotels but also standalone house accommodations.

Initially, my family had made a reservation here, and we've recently stayed in a townhouse as well as a camper tree in Jeju Island.

However, we decided to change to a more unique beach Hanok village accommodation in the end.

These days, it seems like resorts with standalone houses in townhouse style are trendy.

 

 

그리고 전부 4채 뿐이지만 이런 통나무 숙소도 있어요. 

And although there are only four of them, there are also log cabin accommodations available.

 

여긴 포레스트빌리지 어린이 놀이터에요.
작은 오두막 마을처럼 생긴 놀이터가 너무 귀여웠어요.

나름 복층도 있고 단층도 있어요. 아이들이 여기 안에서 옹기종기 모여 놀면 재밌겠어요.

Here is the children's playground in Forest Village. The playground, designed like a small cabin village, was adorable.

There are both single-story and duplex structures. It would be fun for kids to gather and play together here.

 

 

 

여긴 물놀이터인데 아직 오픈을 안해서 아쉬웠어요.

보니까 시설도 좋고 워터파크 유아풀 버금가는 컨디션이에요.

This is the water park area, but unfortunately, it wasn't open yet, which was disappointing.

From what I saw, the facilities looked great, and the condition seemed to rival that of a kiddie pool in a water park.

 

밤 되면 조명 켜진 해변한옥마을 전경이에요.

밤에도 전혀 무서운 분위기 아니고 예쁘니 산책 꼭 해보세요. 산책할때 밤하늘에 별을 많이 볼 수 있습니다.

At night, you can enjoy the view of the illuminated Hanok village by the beach.

The atmosphere at night is not scary at all; instead, it's quite beautiful, so be sure to take a stroll. You can see many stars in the night sky while walking.
