오늘은 필리핀에 위치한 '두짓타니 마닐라 호텔'에 다녀온 경험을 기록합니다.

 

Hello! This  is Snowman Hotel review.

I'll be sharing my experience at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Manila, Philippines.

 

두짓타니 호텔은 마닐라 마카티에 위치하고 있는데 마카티는 필리핀에서 부촌이라고 합니다.
직접 가보니 여기가 필리핀이라구?! 내가 평소 알던 필리핀의 모습이 아니야... 라는 생각이 들었어요.
깔끔한 쇼핑몰에 고급 아파트가 있는 깨끗한 동네였어요.

 

Dusit Thani Hotel is located in Makati, which is known as one of the wealthiest areas in the Philippines.

Visiting Makati, I couldn't believe I was still in the Philippines! It was a far cry from the typical image I had of the country. The neighborhood is clean, featuring pristine shopping malls and luxurious apartments, completely different from what I expected.

 

 

마닐라 두짓타니 호텔 바로 앞에 SM쇼핑몰이 있어요.
SM 쇼핑몰과 다른 쇼핑몰도 횡단보도만 건너면 서로 연결되어 있어요.
참고로 SM 몰은 현금만 받아요. 계산할 때 카드 안 받는 곳이 즐비하답니다.엄청 불편해요 여기...

그래서 SM몰 길 건너있는 쇼핑몰을 이용했습니다. 여긴 카드 결제 됩니다. 

Right in front of Dusit Thani Hotel is the SM Mall, a major shopping destination. This mall, along with others in the area, is conveniently connected by crosswalks, making it easy to hop from one shopping center to another. However, it's worth noting that the SM Mall primarily accepts cash payments. Many stores there don’t take credit cards, which can be quite inconvenient. 😅

Due to this hassle, I ended up shopping at the mall across the street from the SM Mall. This alternative accepts card payments, making the shopping experience much more convenient.

 

 

두짓타니 마닐라 호텔의 로비 모습이에요. 한마디로 고급스러웠습니다.
특히 호텔 직원이 입고 있는 의상이 아름다웠어요. 로비에 그랜드 피아노도 있었고 층고가 높았습니.

The lobby of the Dusit Thani Manila Hotel is the epitome of luxury. It exudes elegance with its stunning décor and high ceilings that create a grand and open atmosphere. One of the first things that caught my eye was the magnificent grand piano, adding a touch of sophistication to the space. Moreover, the hotel staff's attire was absolutely beautiful.

 

 

체크인 하고 방으로 가보겠습니다. 
호텔 복도에 큰 정수기가 있어서 여기서 지내는 동안 목마를 걱정은 없겠어요.

After checking in, I headed to my room. One pleasant surprise along the way was discovering a large water dispenser in the hotel corridor. This thoughtful amenity means there's no need to worry about staying hydrated during the stay.

 

 

방에 들어와보니 군더더기 없이 깔끔한 상태라 마음에 들었어요.
TV 상태 안 좋은 거 빼고요...  어차피 요즘은 핸드폰으로 원하는 티비를 볼 수 있으니까 아무도 신경을 안 쓰나 봐요. 

 

Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find it in pristine condition, free of any unnecessary clutter. The clean and streamlined decor immediately made me feel at ease. However, the only downside was the TV, which didn’t have the best picture quality. But given how most people nowadays stream their favorite shows on their phones, it wasn’t much of a concern for me.

 

 

무료 물 두 병이 놓여있는데 보통 물병보다 작은... 얇고 긴 물병이에요 ( 330ml  )
그리고 네 종류의 차 티백이 있었습니다. 

 

In the room, I found two complimentary water bottles placed conveniently on the desk.

Interestingly, these bottles were slimmer and smaller than the usual ones, containing 330 ml each.

Additionally, there was a delightful selection of four different types of tea bags. 

 

 

창밖은 뻥 뚫린 시원한 뷰 였어요. 마닐라 마카티 지역 전경이 다 보입니다. 

 

The view from my room was stunning, offering a clear and expansive vista of the Makati district in Manila.

 

 

옷장 안에 목욕 가운이랑 헤어 드라이기, 다리미, 슬리퍼 있어요.

화장실도 무난하니 컨디션 괜찮았습니다. 

 

Inside the wardrobe, I found a bathrobe, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and comfortable slippers.

The bathroom was also in good condition, clean and well-maintained.

 

 

수영장이랑 헬스장은 2 층에 있어요. 수영장 이용시간은 사진으로 참고하세요. 

수영장 주말에는 저녁 9시까지 이용할 수 있는데, 평일 이용시간은 저녁 7시라 너무 짧은 것 같애요.

 

 

 

 

수영장 나오자마자 바로 앞에 SM쇼핑몰이 보입니다. 
그만큼 진짜 가까워요. 

 You can see the SM Mall right in front of you from swimming pool. It's that close!

 

 

에어바운스와 유아 볼풀장이 있어요.
물총에서 자동으로 물이 계속 나오는데 아이랑 놀러 오기 좋아 보였어요. 

Here is an air bounce and a children's ball pool available. The automatic water guns continuously provide water, making it look like a great place to play with kids.

 

 

수영장 물이 깨끗해 보여서 수질관리를 잘하고 있는 것 같앴어요.

수심은 1.2미터 입니다. 

 

The pool water looked clean, indicating good water quality management.

The depth is 1.2 meters.

 

 

저 의자 앉아봤는데, 날씨가 더워서 가죽소파라 엄청 뜨거웠어요.

앉는 거 비추입니다. 저건 그냥 관상용임 ㅋㅋ

I sat on the chair, but since the weather was hot, the leather sofa was really hot too.

Sitting on it was not recommended. It seemed more like a display piece! 😄

 

 

두짓타니 마닐라 호텔은 정원이 멋진 곳이에요.
로비에서 바로 보이는 정원인데 산책 겸 방문해 보았습니다. 

 

Dusit Thani Manila Hotel has a beautiful garden. It's visible directly from the lobby, so I took a stroll and explored it during my visit.

 

 

곳곳에 앉을 수 있는 의자도 있고, 연못에 물고기도 살고 있어요.

특이하고 멋진 나무도 있고 나름 잘 꾸며진 정원이에요.

There are chairs scattered around where you can sit, and there are fish living in the pond.

There are also unique and beautiful trees; overall, it's a well-maintained garden.

 

쇼핑몰에서 음료를 테이크아웃 해서 이곳에 앉아서 커피 타임을 즐겼어요. 

음료 가격은 2천원 정도 했습니다.

나름 힐링되더라고요. 

I enjoyed a coffee break here, taking a takeaway drink from the shopping mall. The price of the drink was around 2,000 won. It was quite a healing experience for me.
