오늘은 '사이공 닛코호텔' 랍스타 무한리필 뷔페 다녀온 경험을 기록합니다.
Hello, this is Snowman Hotel Review.
Today, I’ll be sharing my experience at the all-you-can-eat lobster buffet at the Nikko Hotel Saigon.
사이공 니코호텔 디너뷔페는 랍스타, 대게, 맥주, 와인 무제한 뷔페입니다.
한끼 식사로 75불 정도인데, 여기 베트남에서는 신라호텔급으로 고급 호텔 뷔페라고 하네요
뷔페 우선 한바퀴 쭉 둘러 볼게요. 진짜~~~~ 음식 종류가 너무너무 많아요.
The dinner buffet at the Nikko Hotel Saigon offers unlimited lobster, king crab, beer, and wine. It costs about $75 per meal, which is considered a high-end buffet in Vietnam, similar to what you’d find at the Shilla Hotel.
Let me start by taking a tour around the buffet. There are really~~~~ so many different types of food!
뷔페 전체적으로 해산물 음식이 많아요.
홍합, 관자, 조개, 연어, 석화, 문어, 새우 요리가 먼저 보이네요.
사진 찍을때 음식 종류와 퀄리티보고 흥분한 나의 손짓이 느껴집니다....
군데군데 보이는 빨간 꽃게와 새우는 장식용입니다.
The buffet has a strong emphasis on seafood.
I immediately noticed mussels, scallops, clams, salmon, oysters, octopus, and shrimp dishes.
You can definitely sense my excitement from the way my hands were moving as I took photos of the different types and quality of food...
The red crabs and shrimp you see scattered around are just for decoration.
회 코너에서 요리사에게 주문하면 바로 회를 떠 주는데, 연어랑 참치회가 진짜 살살 녹고 미쳤어요!!!
At the sushi corner, the chef will prepare sashimi right in front of you upon request. The salmon and tuna sashimi were absolutely melt-in-your-mouth and incredible!
이곳은 똠얌꿍 만들어 주는 코너.
똥얌꿍은 해산물 먹다가 물릴때 한번씩 떠 먹으니까 좋았어요.
This is the tom yum kung corner. It was great to have a bowl of tom yum kung to switch things up whenever I started to feel a bit tired of the seafood.
이곳 뷔페에서는 해산물 먹느라 고기에 손이 잘 안 가긴 하는데... 고기 코너도 있긴 합니다.
At this buffet, since there’s so much seafood, I didn’t end up trying the meat dishes much, but there is a meat section available as well.
여긴 파스타랑 피자 코너에요. 그런데 랍스타 먹기 바빠서 손도 안댔습니다. ㅎㅎ
Here’s the pasta and pizza corner. However, I was so busy enjoying the lobster that I didn’t even get a chance to try these. 😊
디저트도 종류가 엄청 많아요ㅡ 여기 진심 미쳤음 ㅎ ㄷ ㄷ
진짜 뭘 먹어야 할지 모르겠더라구요.
손대기 미안할 정도로 디저트가 다들 각 맞춰서 줄서 있었어요.
라스베가스 3대 뷔페에 버금가는 역대급 디저트 수량이었어요.
The dessert selection is also enormous—it's truly insane! 😲 I didn’t even know where to start. The desserts were arranged so perfectly that I felt almost guilty for touching them.
The dessert selection was on par with the top three buffets in Las Vegas—an absolutely staggering amount of options!
6종류의 아이스크림이랑 커피 머신이 있구요.
여러가지 토핑을 넣고 취향에 따라 만들어 먹는 생소한 베트남식 음료도 있었어요.
There were six types of ice cream and a coffee machine available. Additionally, there were some unique Vietnamese-style drinks with various toppings that you could customize according to your taste.
랍스타랑 대게는 자리에서 주문하면 조리해서 자리로 가져다 주더라구요.
직원이 저런 종이를 가지고 다니면서 주문 오더를 받는데, 6가지의 랍스타 모두 맛보고 싶어서 전부 달라고 그랬어요.
Lobster and king crab are prepared and brought to your table when you place an order from your seat. The staff carry order slips like this one, and since I wanted to try all six types of lobster, I asked for each of them.
직원이 안내해 준 자리에 처음 앉으면, 맥주 마실래~ 와인 마실래~ 주스 마실래~?? 라고 물어봐요.
전 맥주 시켰습니다. 옆자리 앉은 사람은 와인 먹겠다고 했는데 와인잔이 비는것 같으면 직원이 와서 계속 리필해줍니다.
와인 마셨다 맥주 마셨다 하는게 아니고! 처음 선택한 것을 계속 리필해서 마실 수 있는 것 같았습니다.
랍스타 주문하고 기다리는 동안에 왕새우랑 석화 가져와서 먹으려고 했어요. 그런데...
When you first sit down, the staff ask if you’d like beer, wine, or juice. I chose beer. The person sitting next to me opted for wine, and the staff kept refilling their glass whenever it seemed to be empty. It looks like you can continue refilling your initial choice rather than switching between options.
While waiting for the lobster, I went ahead and enjoyed some king prawns and oysters.
쨘! 오래 걸릴 줄 알았던 랍스타가 금방 나오더라구요!!! 금방금방 나오는 시스템이 한국인에겐 제격인 곳입니다.
첫번째 랍스타는 마늘버터 맛. 아마 이게 가장 인기가 많으리라 예상해봅니다.
Ta-da! The lobster, which I thought would take a while, arrived quickly! The fast service is perfect for those who appreciate promptness, like many Koreans.
The first lobster was served with a garlic butter flavor.
두번째는 치즈 랍스터에요. 치즈가 가득히 올려져 느끼한 맛이 일품입니다.
세번째는 싱가폴소스 랍스터인데 매콤한 맛이에요. 계속 먹다가 물릴때 이 매콤한 맛 먹으니 좋았어요.
The second lobster was a cheese lobster, topped generously with cheese for a rich and indulgent flavor.
The third one was a Singaporean sauce lobster, which had a spicy kick. It was great to switch things up with this spicy flavor when I started to feel a bit overwhelmed by the richness.
6가지 랍스타 한꺼번에 시키니까 ㅋㅋ 테이블 위에 놓을 자리가 없어가지고 ;;;
팁으로 3마리씩 시키면 좋아요~~ ^^;;;
테이블에 랍스타 무제한리필로 가득 올려놓고 먹으니 '행복하다'라는 소리가 절로 나옵니다.
이 맛에 돈 벌고 돈 쓰지... 나를 위해 :)
When I ordered all six types of lobster at once, there wasn’t enough space on the table for them all! 😅
A good tip is to order three at a time—it makes things more manageable. 😊
Having the table filled with unlimited lobster was pure bliss. It’s moments like these that make earning and spending money worth it… all for myself! :)
네번째는 타마린드 소스 랍스타인데 약간 새콤한 맛입니다.
이건 마치 고기집가서 나오는 새콤한 소스에 랍스타를 찍어먹는 맛이에요.
사이공 닛코호텔 랍스타 무한뷔페는 랍스타 사이즈 가지고 장난 안 칩니다... 큰 사이즈 레알이에요.
왜냐면 예전 괌에서 랍스타 무한리필 뷔페라고 해서 일부러 찾아갔는데, 작은 사이즈 랍스타 라서 (그냥 큰 새우 정도) 실망했던 기억이 있었어요... 계속 먹으면서 ㅋㅋ 이건 랍스타가 아니잖아~~ 이랬던 기억이 납니다.
하지만 사이공 닛코호텔 랍스타 무한리필 뷔페는 찐이라는거 !!
The fourth lobster was served with tamarind sauce, offering a tangy flavor reminiscent of the sour sauces you’d dip meat into.
Unlike some other all-you-can-eat lobster buffets I've been to, like one in Guam where the lobsters were disappointingly small (more like large shrimp), the lobsters at the Nikko Hotel Saigon buffet are genuinely large. This buffet definitely lives up to its reputation!
다섯번째는 블랙페퍼 랍스타!!
싱가폴 가면 점보 씨푸드 레스토랑에서 먹는 블랙페퍼크랩 맛이랑 똑같애요.
The fifth lobster was black pepper lobster! It tasted just like the black pepper crab you’d get at Jumbo Seafood in Singapore.
마지막 여섯번째는 오리지널 랍스타.
어떠한 소스 없이 소금 살짝 뿌려서 먹는 랍스타 본연의 맛입니다.
이걸 제일 처음에 먹고 뒤로 갈수록 소스있는 랍스타를 먹을 걸 그랬나봐요.
6가지 랍스타 전부 다 맛있고 각각 특색있게 맛있어서 본인에게 맞는 맛을 찾아 즐기시면 되겠습니다.
1인 6랍스타 먹고나니, 너무 배부르고 만족하여 대게는 주문하지 못했어요..
참고로 대게도 무한리필이에요...
The sixth and final lobster was the original lobster, simply seasoned with a touch of salt to savor its natural flavor.
In hindsight, it might have been better to try the plain lobster first and then enjoy the sauced varieties. All six types were delicious, each with its own unique flavor, so you can choose your favorite.
After eating six lobsters, I was so full and satisfied that I couldn’t manage to order the king crab, even though it’s also part of the unlimited buffet.
이곳 뷔페에서 배불러도 꼭 먹어야 할 음식이 있습니다.
바로 '반컷'이라는 베트남 전통음식인데, 우리나라 해물전처럼 생겼고 진짜 맛있어요!!
요리사가 하나하나 구워서 내어주고 따뜻하니 정말 맛있습니다.
이건 완전 강추!! 여러번 가져다 먹었어요.
Even if you’re full, there’s one dish you absolutely must try at this buffet: bánh xèo. It’s a traditional Vietnamese dish that looks like Korean seafood pancakes and is truly delicious! The chef grills each one individually and serves them warm, which makes them taste amazing.
I highly recommend it—I ended up going back for more several times!
그 수많은 디저트 중 몇개만 선택해서 마무리 하였답니다.
사이공 니코호텔에서 랍스타 무한리필 뷔페 이용하니 정말 만족이고 다음에 또 오고 싶었어요.
직원들도 너무 친절하고 모든것이 만족이었답니다.
정말 후회없는 저녁식사였어요.
여기 뷔페오고 싶어서 호치민 여행간다는 소문이 있을 정도..
I wrapped up my meal with a selection of a few desserts from the extensive variety available. I was truly satisfied with the all-you-can-eat lobster buffet at the Nikko Hotel Saigon and would definitely love to come back. The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything about the experience was perfect. It was a meal with no regrets, and there’s even a rumor that people travel to Ho Chi Minh City just to visit this buffet!
방에 들어와서 휴식했습니다.
니코호텔에 투숙하지 않더라도 뷔페만 이용하려고 사람들이 많이 찾아온데요.
저는 방에서 쉬다 내려와서 디너뷔페를 먹었는데, 베트남 현지인들이 정말 화려한 드레스를 많이 입고 왔었습니다.
아무리 여행중이라도 여기 뷔페 갈거면 드레스코드 신경써서 가세요.
After returning to my room and relaxing, I learned that even people who aren’t staying at the Nikko Hotel come just to enjoy the buffet.
When I went down for dinner, I noticed that many local Vietnamese guests were dressed in very fancy attire.
Even if you’re traveling, it’s a good idea to pay attention to the dress code if you plan to visit this buffet.
