[사이공 닛코호텔] 만족스러운 조식후기, 먹을게 많은 사이공 닛코호텔 뷔페

오늘은 베트남 '사이공 니코호텔' 에서 조식 먹었던 경험을 기록합니다.

저녁으로 이곳에서 '랍스타 무제한 뷔페'를 먹었었는데, 너무 만족해서 아침 조식도 먹기로 했어요. 

Hello, this is Snowman Hotel Review.

Today, I’m going to share my experience having breakfast at the Nikko Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

I had the 'unlimited lobster buffet' here for dinner and was so satisfied that I decided to have breakfast here as well.

 

 

자리 잡고 한바퀴 둘러봤어요...

음료 코너에 생과일 주스, 야자열매, 커피, 아이스초코 있었구요. 그  중 수박주스 가져다 먹었습니다.

음료 종류가 많은 편이라고 생각이 들었습니다.  
자리에 앉으면 직원이 커피 주문 받는데 라떼, 카푸치노 아메리카노, 베트남 커피  가능합니다.

I settled into my seat and took a look around.

The beverage corner had fresh fruit juices, coconut, coffee, and iced chocolate. I tried the watermelon juice.

I thought there was a good variety of drink options. Once seated, a staff member came around to take coffee orders, including latte, cappuccino, Americano, and Vietnamese coffee.

 

 

치즈, 연어, 샐러드, 클래식 샌드위치, 반미 샌드위치가 있습니다. 

 

There are cheese, smoked salmon, salad, classic sandwiches, and banh mi sandwiches.

 

 

 

당노높은 동남아 과일 수박,망고가 있었구요. 맛있는 빵,딤섬도 먹을 수 있었습니다. 

이곳은 베트남이지만 일본식 호텔이라 일식코너가 있어요. 낫또,미소국, 소바가 있습니다. 

일본음식이 친숙한 한국인에게 추천할만한 곳이네요. 

 

There were tropical fruits like watermelon and mango, which are high in sugar.

You could also enjoy delicious bread and dim sum.

Although this is a Vietnamese hotel, it has a Japanese-style section with natto, miso soup, and soba noodles.

 

 

그리고 사이공 니코호텔 조식의 장점은 주문시 요리사가 바로 만들어 주는 즉석코너가 잘 되어 있습니다.
쌀국수, 에그베네딕트, 오믈렛, 오므라이스 주문하면 만들어주고, 계란후라이도 스트램블, 삶은계란, 써니사이드업 등등 원하는 스타일으로 주문 다 가능합니다. 와플, 팬케이크, 크레페도 따로 만들어 줍니다. 

Another advantage of the Saigon Nikko Hotel's breakfast is the made-to-order cooking stations. You can order pho, eggs Benedict, omelets, and omurice, and they will be freshly prepared for you. You can also choose from various styles of eggs, such as fried, scrambled, boiled, or sunny-side up. Additionally, waffles, pancakes, and crepes are made to order.

 

 

에그베네딕트, 오므라이스, 아이스 베트남 커피 주문해서 먹었는데 진짜 만족스러웠어요.

그릇도 예쁘고 맛깔스럽게 담긴 음식 세팅하며~ 날로 세워지는 나이프 식기류도 고급스러워 보였어요. 

뷔페이지만 브런치 레스토랑 온 느낌입니다. 
아침조식으로 든든하게 브런치 먹고 하루를 제대로 시작할 수 있었어요.

 

I ordered eggs Benedict, omurice, and iced Vietnamese coffee, and I was truly satisfied.

The dishes were beautifully presented, and the food was arranged attractively. The knives and cutlery, which were neatly set up, also looked quite elegant.

Even though it's a buffet, it felt like dining at a brunch restaurant. Having a hearty brunch for breakfast helped me start my day on the right foot.

 

 

쌀국수랑 아이스라떼 시켜서 먹었어요. 

아이스 라떼는 풍부한 하얀 거품과 꼬수운 커피 맛으로 정말 맛있으니 꼭 드세요!! 
쌀국수는 국물이 맛있는데 면이 툭툭 다 끊겨 있어요.. 사진 보이시죠..

일본식 호텔이라 그런가... 정작 베트남 음식에는 힘을 안 준 느낌입니다. 

 

I ordered pho and an iced latte.

The iced latte was delicious with its rich white foam and creamy coffee flavor—definitely worth trying! The pho had a tasty broth, but the noodles were quite broken up. You can see it in the photos.

Perhaps because it's a Japanese-style hotel, it seems they didn't focus as much on the Vietnamese dishes.

 

 

 

마지막으로 야자 열매 코코넛 주스로 마무리했네요. 

야자열매는 솔직히 맛은 밍밍하고 맛 없는데, 동남아 여행 온 느낌이 제대로 나서 한번씩 먹는 것 같애요.  
요약하자면 먹을게 많고 만족스러웠던 '사이공 니코호텔 조식뷔페' 였습니다.

 

I finished with coconut juice from the palm fruit. Honestly, the taste is quite bland and not particularly exciting, but it gives a true Southeast Asian travel vibe, so it’s worth trying every now and then.

In summary, the breakfast buffet at the Saigon Nikko Hotel offered a lot of variety and was quite satisfying.
