오늘은 제주 리젠트마린 호텔에서 가성비 뷔페 이용한 경험을 기록합니다.
직접 다녀와보니 물가높은 제주도에서 정말 가성비 있는 호텔뷔페였어요.
Hello. This is Snowman Hotelreview. Today, I want to share my experience of using the cost-effective buffet at Jeju Regent Marine Hotel. Having visited personally, I found it to be a truly cost-effective hotel buffet in Jeju, where the cost of living is high.
리젠트마린 호텔 갔을 때 로비에서 뷔페 가격 보고 헉.. 놀랐네요.
조식뷔페 15000원, 런치뷔페 11000원!!! 그런데 조식보다 런치뷔페가 더 저렴하네요?!
제가 조식뷔페, 런치뷔페 둘다 먹어보았습니다.
When I went to Regent Marine Hotel and saw the buffet prices in the lobby, I was surprised. The breakfast buffet was 15,000 won, and the lunch buffet was 11,000 won! But interestingly, the lunch buffet was even more affordable than the breakfast buffet?! I had the opportunity to try both the breakfast and lunch buffets.
호텔뷔페는 리센트마린 1층에 라티프 식당에서 먹습니다. 이곳은 식사시간에는 뷔페, 평상시 낮에는 카페, 저녁엔 BBQ치킨 판매하는 맥주집으로 변신하는 만능인 곳이었어요. ㅎㅎㅎ
The hotel buffet is served at Latif Restaurant on the first floor of Regent Marine. This place transforms into a versatile spot—buffet during meal times, a cafe during regular daytime, and in the evening, it turns into a beer joint selling BBQ chicken. Quite a multifunctional place, isn't it?
런치뷔페 이용하려고 왔는데 심지어 유아는 4세까지 무료에요.
유아동반 가족여행객이 식사하기에 가성비 대박이네요.
I came here to experience the lunch buffet, and to top it off, children up to 4 years old eat for free. It's a fantastic cost-effective deal for families traveling with young children.
리센트마린 라티프 뷔페 자리는 1층과 2층 그리고 지하에도 자리가 있어요.
2층은 바다뷰 보며 먹을 수 있는 장점이 있는데, 음식 가지러 계단 오르락 내리락 하기 귀찮은 사람들은 1층 이용 하더라구요.
그럼에도 저는ㅋㅋ 바다뷰 보려고 2층에 자리 잡았습니다. (몸이 불편한 것보다 눈이 즐거운 뷰를 선택하는 편 ㅎㅎ)
근데 지하 자리 이용하는 사람은 못 봤네요.
Regent Marine Latif Buffet has seating available on the 1st, 2nd, and even the basement floors.
The advantage of the 2nd floor is the ocean view while dining. However, some people find it cumbersome to go up and down the stairs for food. Despite that, I chose a seat on the 2nd floor for the ocean view (I tend to prefer a pleasing view for the eyes over any inconvenience for the body). Interestingly, I didn't get a chance to see those who chose to sit in the basement.
바다보며 식사를 즐길 수 있도록 창문을 향한 테이블과 의자 세팅이 좋았어요.
1인 식사자리로 적합해서 혼자 제주도 여행 온 사람들이 많이 이용하는 자리였어요.
It was nice to have tables and chairs facing the windows, allowing us to enjoy our meal while overlooking the sea. The setup is suitable for solo diners, and I noticed many individuals who had come alone on their trips to Jeju Island making use of these seats.
런치뷔페에서 먹을 수 있었던 음식은 한식 (밥, 국, 반찬), 전복죽, 야채, 샐러드, 파스타, 매콤 탕수육, 떡볶이, 시리얼, 빵, 커피, 주스, 만두, 과일이었어요.
11000원에 이 정도면 만족하고 가성비 좋은 호텔뷔페라고 생각해요.
그런데 왜 런치뷔페보다 조식뷔페가 더 비쌀까? 궁금해서 다음날 조식뷔페도 이용해 보았습니다.
The lunch buffet offerings included Korean dishes (rice, soup, side dishes), abalone porridge, vegetables, salads, pasta, spicy sweet and sour pork, tteokbokki, cereal, bread, coffee, juice, dumplings, and fruits. Considering all these options for 11,000 won, I believe it's a satisfying and cost-effective hotel buffet.
However, I was curious as to why the breakfast buffet is more expensive than the lunch buffet. To find out, I decided to try the breakfast buffet the next day.
다음날 조식뷔페 먹어봤어요. 어제 먹어본 런치뷔페랑 비교해 봤을 때 전체적인 메뉴가 거의 동일했고 메인요리만 조금씩 바뀌는것 같앴어요.
어제 뷔페 먹을 때 없었던 메뉴 위주로 연어, 양념돼지갈비, 호박죽 가져다 먹었어요.
그리고 런치뷔페와 다른점이 조식뷔페에서는 계란후라이 해 먹을 수 있는 프라이팬이 놓여있어요.
요리사가 없고 직접 계란 후라이 해 먹어야됨 ㅋㅋㅋ
뒤에서 보니까 사람들이 후라이팬 앞에 줄 서서 직접 계란후라이 해 먹더라구요.
뭔가 귀여웠음 ㅋㅋㅋ
호텔뷔페에서 보통 요리사가 오믈렛 만들어 주는거 많이 봤는데 "셀프 계란후라이" 는 처음 보는 광경이었음.
That's an interesting comparison between the breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet. It seems like the overall menu was quite similar, with slight variations in the main dishes.
You mentioned trying some items that were not available during the lunch buffet, such as salmon, marinated pork ribs, and pumpkin porridge. Additionally, having a frying pan available for making your own fried eggs is a unique touch. It's amusing to picture people lining up to cook their own fried eggs – a self-serve fried egg station is quite a novel sight, especially compared to the more common sight of a chef making omelets in a hotel buffet.

호텔 로비 빵집이름은 아꼽지 베이커리에요.
빵 몇개 사서 먹어봤는데 이중에서 가장 맛있고 추천할 빵은 바로 '먹물햄치즈빵'입니다.
속에 크림치즈 들어있는 빵은 처음에 먹을때 달콤했다가 점점 느끼한 것 같아서 다 못 먹었어요.
소보로빵은 우리가 흔히 아는 평범한 맛이었고, 크기가 작은 치즈빵 3개는 찰떡처럼 쫀득거리는 식감이었음.
The name of the bakery in the hotel lobby is "Agopji Bakery."
I tried a few different breads, and among them, the most delicious and recommended one is the "Black Ham Cheese Bread." The bread with cream cheese inside tasted sweet at first but gradually became heavy, so I couldn't finish it. The soboro bread had a familiar and ordinary taste, while the small cheese breads, three in total, had a chewy texture like rice cakes.

저는 여기서 못 먹어본 음식들이 많네요.
They have a souvenir shop in the hotel, so I bought a mini set of Hallasan Soju. The price was 9,000 won.
The outer surface of the souvenir box introduces foods that you should try in Jeju.
<Foods to Try in Jeju> Pork Noodle Soup, Bingtteok (Korean rice cake), Momguk (Seaweed Soup), Black Pork BBQ, Dome Meat, Abalone Porridge, Hairtail Fish Soup, Gging-i Juk (Abalone Porridge), Beef and Vegetable Stew, Raw Fish with Sea Urchin, and Mackerel Sashimi.
It seems there are many foods in the list that you haven't tried yet.
저녁에는 라티프 식당이 BBQ치킨 가게 맥주집으로 변신함.
뷔페음식 있었던 곳은 가벽으로 나름 공간분리해놨어요.
호텔 1층에 치킨집이 있으니까 치킨사서 방으로 들어가는 사람 여러명 만났네요.
호텔 엘리베이터에서 진동하는 치킨냄새.. 참을 수 없지! 암요 암요 ㅋㅋ
In the evening, Latif Restaurant transforms into a BBQ chicken and beer joint.
The space where the buffet was served is partitioned with a wall. Since there's a chicken restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, I encountered several people carrying chicken back to their rooms.
The aroma of sizzling chicken in the hotel elevator... irresistible! Can't resist it! Haha, sounds like a tempting experience!
리젠트마린 제주 호텔 건물 외벽에 써 있는 감성 문구로 마무리 해 봅니다. 제주에 오길 참 잘했어.
Visiting Regent Marine Jeju Hotel was such a good decision. I'm glad I came to Jeju.
