Hello, this is Snowman Hotelreview.

I'm posting a review of my stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel.

Hope this information proves helpful to someone!

 

 

샌프란시스코 하얏트 리젠시 호텔 외관 모습이에요.
호텔로 들어서면 로비를 중심으로 건물이 사방으로 둘러싼 형태입니다.

엄청 규모가 큰 호텔이었습니다. 

 

Here's the exterior of the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, you'll find the building surrounding the lobby on all sides.

It was a very large-scale hotel.

 

로비에서 에스컬레이터 타고 올라가면 호텔 내 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있어요.

여기서 물이랑 음료, 과일, 간단한 음식 등등 구입 가능해요. 참고로 호텔 밖에 나가면 주변에 아무것도 없어요..
슈퍼마켓 옆 레스토랑은 저녁에 조명이 켜지면서 근사한 분위기가 됩니다.

이 레스토랑에서 저녁에 파스타, 치즈버거, 방울토마토튀김 먹어봤는데 맛 괜찮았어요.

 

When you take the escalator up from the lobby, there's a small supermarket inside the hotel.

Here, you can purchase water, drinks, fruits, and simple meals. Just so you know, there's nothing around outside the hotel...

Next to the supermarket, there's a restaurant that transforms into an elegant setting with lights in the evening.

I tried pasta, cheeseburger, and fried cherry tomatoes here for dinner, and they were pretty tasty.

방 상태는 아주 깔끔했어요. 침대는 엄청 높고 잠이 잘 옵니다. 투숙하는 동안 정말 만족했어요^^
근데 방음이 전혀 안되서 옆방 소리 다 들려요...
커튼 열어보니 호텔내부가 보이는 뷰였습니다. 

The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept well. I was really satisfied during my stay ^^ However, there was no soundproofing, and I could hear all the noises from the next room... When I opened the curtains, I had a view of the interior of the hotel.

 

 

방안에 미니냉장고 있고 스타벅스 커피 비치되어 있었어요.
슬리퍼 없으니 꼭 챙기세요.

 

There was a mini fridge in the room, and Starbucks coffee was provided.

Make sure to bring your slippers as they're not provided.

 

방안에 무료 물 서비스가 없어요. 참고로 하얏트 호텔 회원은 물 무료라고 합니다.  

객실에 놓여있는 물은 4달러 에요. 그리고 호텔로비 슈퍼에서 물 사면 3.5불이고, 호텔 자판기 물은 2달러에요.
자판기는 호텔 각 층마다 있는것 같고 위치는 얼음머신 옆에 있었어요. 

There was no complimentary water service in the room. Just a heads up, Hyatt hotel members get complimentary water.

The bottled water in the room costs $4. Additionally, water from the hotel lobby's supermarket costs $3.5, and water from the hotel vending machines costs $2. The vending machines seem to be located on each floor next to the ice machines.

 

화장실 상태는 나쁘지 않았어요.

호텔 어메니티제품은 파마코피아 제품이었는데 검색해보니까 은근 가격이 꽤 나가요.
파마코피아 바디 비누랑 페이셜 비누가 있는데, 차이점은 바디 비누가 올록볼록해서 몸에 문지르면 시원해지는 마사지 효과가 있어요.

 

The condition of the bathroom wasn't bad. The hotel amenities were from Pharmacopia, and upon searching, I found that they're quite pricey. There were Pharmacopia body bar and facial soap in the bathroom. The difference is that the body bar soap has a bumpy texture, which provides a massage effect when applied to the body.

 

 

헬스장 구경 갔는데 시설이 넓고 쾌적했어요.

처음에 문이 안열려서 당황할 뻔 했는데 벽에 있는 동그란 곳에 룸키를 대면 문이 열려요.
헬스장에서 수영장이 바로 보이는 구조였어요. 수영장 운영시간 사진으로 참고하세요.

 

I went to check out the gym, and the facilities were spacious and pleasant.

At first, I was a bit confused because the door wouldn't open, but then I realized that you need to place the room key against the circular spot on the wall, and the door will open.

The gym had a layout where you could see the swimming pool directly. Please refer to the photos for the swimming pool's operating hours.

 

 

다음으로는 미국에서 버스 타 본 후기입니다. 

샌프란시스코 하얏트 리젠시 호텔 바로 코앞에 버스정류장이 있어요.
하얏트호텔 주변 검색하다가, 버스 타고 몇 정거장만 가면 '벌링게임' 이라는 작은 번화가가 나오길래 한번 타보기로 결정했어요. 버스가 자주 오지 않고 운행시간이 30-40분이었어요.

그래서 미리 나가면 오래 기다릴 수 있으니, 구글맵에 버스 시간 미리 알아보고 얼추 맞춰서 나갔어요. 

 

Next, I'd like to share my experience of taking a bus in the United States.

There's a bus stop right in front of the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel. While searching around the Hyatt hotel, I found out that if you take the bus for a few stops, you'll reach a small bustling area called 'Burlingame.' So, I decided to give it a try. The bus didn't come very often, and the operating time was around 30-40 minutes.

Therefore, to avoid waiting for a long time, I checked the bus schedule on Google Maps in advance and went out accordingly.

 

 

미국에서 처음 버스를 타보니까 ( 안이 텅텅 비어있을 줄 알았는데 ) 생각보다 사람들이 많이 있어서 속으로 좀 놀랬어요.

하얏트 호텔에서 버스타고 5정거장만 가면 오늘 가려는 목적지 벌링게임 입니다.

요금은 2.25 달러였고, 버스 요금과 정거장 정보가 구글맵에 다 나와서 정말 편하고 좋은 세상인것 같애요.

 

Riding the bus for the first time in the United States, I was a bit surprised to find more people on board than I expected (I thought it would be empty inside).

From the Hyatt Regency Hotel, it's just a 5-stop bus ride to Burlingame, my destination for the day. The fare was $2.25, and Google Maps provided all the information about bus fares and stops, making it a convenient and wonderful world.

 

 

버스 이용할 때 속으로 5정거장 세면서 갔어요.

그런데 목적지에 다 와서 내리려고 했는데?!  버스안에 하차 버튼이 보이지 않았고 버스 문도 열리지 않아서 엄청 당황했어요. ㅠㅠ

그래서 결국 원래 목적지보다 한정거장 더 가서 내렸어요ㅡ 알고보니 버스 내릴때 노란줄을 잡아 당겨야한다고 안내멘트 나옵니다. 어떤 외국인 할머니가 도와주셔서 다음 정거장에서 무사히 내릴 수 있었어요.

 

While I was on the bus, I mentally counted down the 5 stops. However, when it was time to get off at my destination, I couldn't find the button to press for the stop, and the bus door wouldn't open. I was extremely flustered ㅠㅠ

In the end, I had to go one stop further than my intended destination. It turned out that you're supposed to pull a yellow cord to request a stop, as mentioned in the Bus announcements. A kind foreign lady helped me, and I was able to get off safely at the next stop.

 

 

미국에서 버스 타 본 후기 총평. 한번이면 족하다. 다신 안 탈 듯 ㅜㅜ

버스 기다리느라 시간 너무 많이 허비하고 그 시간이면 우버 택시타서 시간 아끼는게 또이또이라고 생각함.

구글맵 정보와 다르게 버스 시간이 딱 맞춰 안와요. 계속 딜레이 되더라구요.

My overall review of riding the bus in the United States: Once is enough. I probably won't do it again ㅜㅜ

Waiting for the bus wasted too much time, and I feel like it's more efficient to take an Uber taxi and save time during that waiting period. The bus schedule didn't match the information on Google Maps. It kept getting delayed.

 

 

도착해보니 생각보다 예뻤던 벌링게임. 그야말로 샌프란시스코에서 힙했던 곳이어요. 

 

When I arrived, I found that Burlingame was more beautiful than I had expected.

It was truly a hip place in San Francisco.

 

 

벌링게임에 파이브리틀몽키 장난감 가게가 있었는데 구경할 게 많았어요.
유리창에 진열된 인형 중 '모닥불 인형'이 특히 눈에 띄었어요!

정말 기발하지 않아요?!! 평소에는 뜨거워서 가까이 다가갈 수 없는 불을 인형으로 만들어서 한번 안아볼 수 있다니..
그 모닥불 인형의 기발함에 반해서... 장난감 가게 안으로 빨려 들어가 나도 모르게 상품 하나를 구매했어요.   

At Burlingame, there was a toy store called Five Little Monkeys, and there was so much to see!

Among the dolls displayed behind the glass, the 'Campfire Doll' especially caught my eye!

Isn't it just ingenious?!! It's not every day you see a doll representing a campfire, something you usually can't get close to because of the heat, yet here you can hug it...

Captivated by the creativity of the campfire doll... I found myself irresistibly drawn into the toy store and ended up purchasing an item without even realizing it.

 

 

벌링게임에는 애플스토어, 브런치가게, 룰루레몬, 포터리반, 판다익스프레스, 스타벅스, 필즈커피 등등 유명한 브랜드 상점이 많았고 무엇보다 귀여운 강아지들이 많이 보이는 마을이었어요.  

At Burlingame, there were many famous brand stores such as the Apple Store, brunch cafes, Lululemon, Pottery Barn, Panda Express, Starbucks, Philz Coffee, and more. But what stood out the most was the abundance of adorable dogs roaming around the town.

 

 

필즈커피에 아이스 민트 모히또 커피가 유명하다길래 한잔 먹어봤어요. 
음.... 말로 표현하자면 시원하고 개운한 커피맛?! 이런 맛도 있구나....한번 경험해봤으니 이걸로 되었다.

Since the iced mint mojito coffee at Philz Coffee was said to be famous, I decided to try a cup.

Well... to put it into words, it was a refreshing and invigorating coffee taste?! Having experienced it once, I'm satisfied.

 

 

핑크색 간판 주스파는 카페 들어가서 아사히볼을 주문해봤어요.

주스가게에서 아사히볼 주문이라니 ㅎㅎ 호텔에 돌아와서 아사히볼 먹어보니까 과일 반 & 초콜릿 견과류 반이네요.
아사히볼에 과일은 예상한 맛인데 오독오독 초콜릿과 같이 씹어먹으니 이것도 나쁘지 않네요. 

"I went into the café with the pink signboard and ordered an Açaí Bowl.

It was quite amusing to order an Açaí Bowl from a juice shop! When I returned to the hotel and tried the Açaí Bowl, it had half fruits and half chocolate and nuts. While the fruity part was as expected, chewing the crunchy chocolate along with it wasn't bad either.
