캐나다 토론토에서 위치 짱 가성비 호텔 [첼시호텔] 다녀왔습니다.

이번에는 토론토 시내 중심부에 위치하고 있는 첼시호텔에 다녀온 후기 기록합니다.

첼시호텔 검색해보면 가성비 좋은 위치 짱 좋은 호텔이라고 소문이 나 있더라구요!!

Hello. This is Snowman Hotel Review.
This time, I will write a review of the Chelsea Hotel located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
When I searched for the Chelsea Hotel, I heard that it is a hotel with a great location and good value for money!!

 

첼시호텔 들어가기 전 입구입니다.
규모가 꽤 큰 호텔이라 들어가는 입구도 여러개 있습니다. 

사진은 호텔 입구의 각각 다른 모습인데요.

안으로 들어가려는데 비둘기 떼가 머리 위로 엄청 많이 날아다니고 바닥에 비둘기 배설물도 많았어요.
토론토 시내 돌아다니면서 느낀건데 비둘기 엄청 많습니다.

This is the entrance before entering the Chelsea Hotel.
Since it is a fairly large hotel, there are several entrances.
The photos show different views of each entrance to the hotel.
As I was going inside, there were a lot of pigeons flying overhead and there was a lot of pigeon droppings on the floor.
I felt this while walking around downtown Toronto: there are a lot of pigeons.

 

로비에 들어서니 넓고 쾌적했구요. 특히 초록초록한 식물 벽 인테리어가 눈에 띄었습니다. 

이런 걸 '그린 월 (Green Wall)'  이라고 부르는데, 진짜 식물을 활용한 자연 친화적인 인테리어 방식입니다. 

이러한 인테리어로 공간에 생동감을 주고~ 공기 정화 효과도 있어서 친환경적인 웰빙 트렌드에 맞는 방식이라고 하네요. 

이러한 인테리어 방식은 뉴욕 롱아일랜드 메리어트 로비에서도 본 적 있어요. 

 

Entering the lobby, it was spacious and comfortable. In particular, the green plant wall interior caught my eye.
This is called a 'Green Wall', and it is an eco-friendly interior design that utilizes real plants.
This interior design adds liveliness to the space and has an air purifying effect, so it is said to be a method that fits the eco-friendly wellness trend.
I have also seen this interior design in the lobby of the New York Long Island Marriott.

 

 

로비에서 외부로 나가는 문이 사방으로 여러개 있습니다.  ( 각각 제랄드, 영, 베이, 엘름 스트릿 이름)

처음에 생각없이 아무 문으로 나갔는데, 미리 가고자 하는 스트릿 방향으로 나가면 호텔 주변을 뱅뱅 돌지 않아도 됩니다. 

 

There are several doors leading out from the lobby in all directions. (Gerard, Young, Bay, and Elm Streets respectively)
At first, I went out through a random door without thinking, but if you go in the direction of the street you want to go, you don't have to go around the hotel.

 

체크인 하고 룸으로 들어갑니다.
방은 군더더기 없이 깔끔했고 침대가 높았는데 잠이 잘 오더라구요.

이 호텔은 방음이 전혀 안되서 옆방에서 기침하는 소리... 물 트는소리...가 다 들렸습니다. 

I checked in and went into the room.
The room was clean and simple, and the bed was high, so I slept well.
This hotel was not soundproof at all, so I could hear coughing in the next room... and the sound of running water...

 

창밖은 토론토 시내 시티뷰 입니다.  오 나쁘지 않았어요.

토론토 시내 한가운데 있는 호텔 위치 정말 좋죠?!
밖으로 나갈 수 있는 발코니가 있는데 한번도 안 나갔어요.  왜냐면 난간이 낮고 위험해 보였거든요. 

Outside the window is a view of downtown Toronto. Oh, it wasn't bad.
The hotel location is really good in the middle of downtown Toronto?!
There is a balcony where you can go outside, but I never went out. Because the railing was low and looked dangerous.

 

화장실 상태는 뭐 괜찮습니다.

어메니티는 파마코피아 (phamacopia) 제품인데 인터넷으로 검색해보니 꽤 가격이 나갑니다. 유기농 제품이라네요.

화장실에서 샤워 하는데 욕조 물이 잘 안빠지는 거에요.

보니까 머리카락 청소를 안해 가지고;;; 하수구에 머리카락이 잔뜩 끼어 있었어요.

여기 청소 컨디션 별로 입니다.

The bathroom is okay.
The amenities are Phamacopia products, and when I searched online, they were quite expensive. They say they are organic products.
When I was showering in the bathroom, the water in the bathtub didn't drain well.
When I looked, they hadn't cleaned the hair;;; there was a lot of hair stuck in the drain.
The cleaning condition here is not so good.

 

 

방에 슬리퍼, 가운도 없고 무료 물도 없어요. 

냉장고도 없고 뭐 아무것도 없어요. 필요한 거 있으면 미리 준비해 가세요.
참고로 호텔 각 층에 물 자판기 있어요. (2달러)

There are no slippers, robes, or free water in the room.
There is no refrigerator or anything. If you need anything, prepare it in advance.
For reference, there are water vending machines on each floor of the hotel. (2 dollars)

 

첼시호텔 2층이랑 27층에 수영장이 있다고 하는데 공사중이라 이용 못 했어요. ㅜㅜ
아쉬웠고 호텔 외부에서 수영장 슬라이드가 보여서 한번 찍어봤어요. 

로비에 기념품샵이 있어서 귀여운 무스 인형이랑 메이플 쿠키 구입했어요.

 

They say there are swimming pools on the 2nd and 27th floors of the Chelsea Hotel, but I couldn't use them because they were under construction. ㅜㅜ
I was disappointed, and I saw the pool slide from outside the hotel, so I took a picture.
There was a souvenir shop in the lobby, so I bought a cute moose doll and maple cookies.

 

 

첼시 호텔에서 대각선 건너편에 팀홀튼이 보이길래 가봤어요. 

팀홀튼 가서 더블더블 커피랑 프렌치 바닐라 카푸치노 사 먹었어요. 
여긴 위치가 정말 좋은게 토론토 시내 한가운데이고, 근처에 쇼핑몰과 맛집이 많아요.
기억나는것만 해도 치폴레, 파이브가이브, 반미보이즈, 팀홀튼, 맥도날드, 한식당, 수퍼마켓, 스타벅스, 샐러드킹 등등 셀 수 없이 많아요.

I saw a Tim Hortons across the street from the Chelsea Hotel, so I went there.
I went to Tim Hortons and got a double-double coffee and a French vanilla cappuccino.
The location is really good because it's in the middle of downtown Toronto, and there are a lot of shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
Just from what I remember, there are countless places like Chipotle, Five Guys, Banh Mi Boys, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Korean restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks, Salad King, etc.

 

첼시호텔 앞 샐러드킹 가서 메뉴판에는 없지만 다들 먹는다는 이슬라믹누들 처음 시켜먹어봤습니다.

음... 뭔가 오묘하고 처음 먹어보는 맛..

표현해보자면 매콤하면서 크리미한데 코코넛향이 느껴지는 그런 맛이었습니다.

I went to Salad King in front of Chelsea Hotel and tried Islamic Noodles for the first time, which is not on the menu but everyone eats.
Hmm... It's a mysterious taste that I've never tasted before..
If I were to describe it, it was spicy and creamy, with a hint of coconut.
This was the Toronto Chelsea Hotel review.
