[메리어트 발리 누사두아 테라스] 이용해 본 장단점 자세한 후기

오늘은 발리여행 두번째 숙소로 방문했던 '메리어트 발리 누사두아 테라스' 를 이용해 본 경험을 기록합니다. 

Hello. This is a Snowman Hotelreview. Today, I will share my experience staying at the 'Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace,' which was our second accommodation during our Bali trip.
 

 
'메리어트 발리 누사누아 테라스' 와 '르네상스 발리 누사누아 리조트'가 같이 있어요. 그래서 로비, 수영장 등 시설을 함께 사용합니다. 
이곳은 숙소의 첫인상을 결정하는 로비에요. 저는 개인적으로 이 곳의 로비가 그렇게 매력적으로 느껴지지 않았어요. 왜냐면 인테리어 컨셉을 명확히 알 수 없었고 뭔가 의자가 어지롭게 놓여있는 어수선한 느낌이었어요.
 
'Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace' and 'Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort' are located together, so facilities such as the lobby and pool are shared. The lobby is the first impression area of the accommodation. Personally, I didn't find the lobby very appealing. This was because I couldn't clearly grasp the interior concept, and there was a somewhat chaotic feeling with chairs placed in a disorderly manner.
 

 
웰컴드링크와 콜드타올 주면서 환대해줬어요.
보랏빛 음료수가 예뻐서 인상깊었고 막대사탕을 물에 휘휘 저어놓은 맛이었어요.
한마디로 살짝 과일향이 나는 밍숭밍숭한 물 맛. 
 
They welcomed us with a welcome drink and a cold towel. The purple-colored beverage was visually striking, and the taste of the candy stirred in the water was unique. In a word, it was a slightly fruity and refreshing water taste.
 

 
체크인 마치고 버기카(클럽카)를 타고 숙소로 이동합니다. 
리조트가 넓어서 무거운 캐리어 짐 들고 이동할 필요 없이 버기카타고 다들 체크인, 체크아웃 하더라구요. 

After completing the check-in, we took a buggy (club car) to move to our accommodation. The resort is spacious, so there's no need to carry heavy luggage around; everyone uses the buggy for check-in and check-out.

자꾸 나오는 마음의 소리.... *나 여기서 살고 싶다*

The Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace offers villa-type accommodations. It feels like a wealthy neighborhood townhouse complex?! The recurring thought keeps coming up... I want to live here.

 
그리고 들어온 객실 숙소인데 처음 들어오자마자 환호성을 질렀어요. 
넓은 거실과 주방, 테라스, 개인 수영장까지!!
그리고 무엇보다 앞에 푸른 숲이 우거져 있어서 정글속 숙소 느낌이었어요.

As soon as I entered the room accommodation, I let out cheers of excitement.
A spacious living room, kitchen, terrace, and even a private swimming pool!! And, above all, the lush green forest in front created a jungle accommodation vibe.
 

 
발리에서 정글보러 우붓 안가도 됩니다~ 이곳이 바로 정글 속 숙소임.
아이 데리고 발리여행 갈때 우붓까지 가기 부담스런 분은 여기 숙소로 하면 좋아요. 
개인용 수영장은 물이 많이 차가워서 물속에서 오래 못 놀았어요. 
 
You don't need to go to Ubud to see the jungle in Bali~ This place is right in the heart of the jungle. For those who find it burdensome to go all the way to Ubud when traveling to Bali with children, staying here would be great. However, the private pool had quite cold water, so I couldn't play in the water for a long time.
 

 
테라스도 크기가 널찍해요. 여기서 밥 먹고 커피 마시고 음악듣고... 생각보다 많은 시간을 보냈어요. 

The terrace is also spacious. I spent a lot of time here, having meals, sipping coffee, listening to music... more time than I had initially thought.
 

 
방에 들어와 봤는데 인도네시아 느낌나는 독특한 벽장식 패턴이 예뻤어요.
침실이 화장실과 연결되어 있는 구조였고 창밖으로 개인수영장이 보여요.  
 
Entering the room, I noticed a unique wall decoration with an Indonesian touch, which was beautiful. The bedroom was connected to the bathroom, and through the window, I could see the private swimming pool.
 

 
화장실 샤워장 크기가 정말 넓어요. 
여긴 뭐 사이즈가 거실, 주방, 테라스, 화장실, 샤워실 다 널찍널찍해요. 
샤워실에서 아이 샤워시키려고 같이 들어갈 때 편했어요.

The size of the bathroom and shower area is really spacious. Everything here, from the living room, kitchen, terrace, bathroom, to the shower, is generously sized. It was convenient to enter the shower area together with the child when giving them a shower.
 

 
건조기 기능 있는 세탁기, 식기세척기, 전자레인지, 밥솥, 토스트기, 커피머신, 믹서기, 주방도구 완벽히 구비되어 있어요.
모든게 다 있어서 (경제적인 여건만 맞는다면) 발리에서 장기간 체류 시 좋아요. 
 
There is a washing machine with a dryer function, a dishwasher, a microwave, a rice cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a blender, and a fully equipped kitchen. With everything available, it's ideal for a long-term stay in Bali if your budget allows.
 

 
식기류 다 있고 냉장고도 커서 여기서 발리 한달살기 하고 싶었어요.
발리 한달살기 숙소 찾는다면 여길 추천합니다.
여기서 체류하는 동안 발리여행 시 밀려있던 빨래 다 하고 출발해서 새로운 뽀송뽀송한 옷들을 입을 수 있었어요.

With all the tableware and a spacious refrigerator, I wanted to live in Bali for a month here. If you're looking for a place to stay for a month in Bali, I recommend this place. During the stay here, I could do all the laundry that had piled up during my Bali trip and leave with freshly washed clothes.
 

 
슬리퍼 있음. Marriott vacation Club 이라고 써져 있네요. 여기 숙소 전 명칭이 메리어트 베케이션 클럽이었나봄.

Slippers are provided. It seems that the previous name of this accommodation was Marriott Vacation Club.

 

 
포장이 멋진 발리커피 있길래 내려마셔봤어요. 커피맛은 평범해요.

I saw a beautifully packaged Bali coffee, so I decided to try it. The coffee taste is ordinary.
 

 
방마다 걸어두는 privacy 표시. 뭔가 귀여워서 방에서 나갈 때 찍어봤어요. 

ach room has a privacy sign that you can hang. It looked cute, so I took a picture of it when leaving the room.

 

 

 

 

 
수영장 왔어요. 여기에 누구나 이용 가능한 대형 홍학튜브가 있어요.
이용하다 보니 단점을 하나 발견했는데 바로 수영장에 그늘 하나 없고 그냥 땡볕이에요. 
썬베드에도 그늘이 없어서 앉을 자리도 마땅히 없더라구요. 발리 날씨가 뜨거운 여름이어서 오래 앉아있지도 못했어요. 
 
I arrived at the swimming pool. There is a large, inflatable tube available for everyone to use. While using it, I noticed one downside - there is no shade at the pool, just direct sunlight. There is also no shade on the sunbeds, so there wasn't a suitable place to sit. Considering the hot Bali weather, I couldn't stay seated for too long.
 

 
계단 아래로 내려가면 유아풀이 있고, 유아풀 옆에는 키즈클럽이 있어요. 
그나마 유아풀 썬배드에는 나무 그늘이 좀 있는 편이에요. 
 
If you go down the stairs, there is a toddler pool, and next to it, there is a kids' club. Fortunately, the sunbeds by the toddler pool have some shade from the trees.

르네상스 호텔 투숙객 어린이들은 무료에요!!
하지만 메리어트 투숙객 어린이들은 돈 받아요. 
인터넷에서 후기글 보고 어린이들은 아이스크림 무료라는 글을 본 것 같애서 문의하니까, 방 번호 확인하더니 메리어트 손님은 돈 내야 된대요.  참고하세요. 
 

I tried the ice cream sold at the pool. For Renaissance Hotel guests, it's free for children!
However, for Marriott guests, there is a charge.
I saw a review online mentioning that ice cream is free for children, so I inquired. They checked my room number and told me that Marriott guests have to pay. Just a heads up!
 

 
다른 수영장으로 와봤는데 여기 수영장은 바닥이 완만하게 경사가 있어서 미끄러워요.
넘어질 수 있으니 조심해야 되는 곳이었어요. 이곳에서 플로팅요가 수업 진행합니다. 

I visited another pool, and here the pool floor has a gentle slope, making it slippery. It's a place where you need to be careful as you could potentially slip and fall. Floating yoga classes are conducted here.
 

 
이곳은 르네상스 호텔인데 1층 객실과 수영장이 바로 연결되어 있는 구조에요.
아이 있는 가족단위 투숙객들에겐 편할거 같은데 단점은 항상 커튼 치고 지내야하는 곳이네요. 
 

This place is a Renaissance Hotel, and the rooms on the first floor are directly connected to the swimming pool.
It seems convenient for families with children, but the downside is that you always have to keep the curtains closed.
 

 
주말이라 결혼식 행사 있는지 수영장 입장 제한하고 있었어요. 
아침에 이 곳에서 스탠딩보드 요가클래스 참여해봤어요.
보드가 6개 밖에 없어서 그보다 사람이 많이 오면 클래스로 1부, 2부로 나눠서 진행됩니다. 따로 예약없이 선착순이에요. 
아침에 뜨거운 태양 받으면서 보드 위에서 중심 잡고 요가 하니까 땀이 줄줄 났어요. 아무튼 진짜 덥고 뜨거웠던 기억이 나는데 한번쯤 해 볼 만함!
 

On the weekend, there was a wedding event, so there were restrictions on entering the pool area. In the morning, I participated in a stand-up paddleboard yoga class here.
Since there were only six boards available, if more people showed up, the class would be divided into two sessions, first come first served without prior reservations. Practicing yoga on the board under the hot morning sun made me sweat a lot. Despite the heat, it was a unique experience worth trying at least once!
 

 
이곳은 또다른 수영장이에요.
메리어트 테라스 호텔은 수영장이 여러곳이라 마음에 드는 곳에서 즐기면 됩니다.
수영장 이용하면서 느꼈는데 투숙객 비율이 특히 중국인이 많았고 서양인이 별로 없었어요.
그랜드하얏트 발리 리조트는 서양인이 진짜 많고 동양인이 없었거든요. 서로 분위기가 확실히 상반되는 곳이었어요. 
 

This is another pool area.
Marriott Terrace Hotel has multiple pools, so you can enjoy at the one you like.
While using the pool, I noticed that there was a high proportion of Chinese guests, and there were not many Westerners. On the other hand, at the Grand Hyatt Bali Resort, there were a lot of Westerners, and few Asians. The atmosphere was distinctly different between the two places.

 

 
메리어트 발리 누사두아 테라스 숙소 위치가 산 위에 있어서 호캉스만 하기 좋은 곳이에요. 

처음엔 좋았는데 3일 째 되니까 슬슬 지겨워서 셔틀버스 타고 누사두아 전용비치 나갔다 왔어요. 셔틀버스는 발리컬렉션 쇼핑몰과 누사두아 비치 두군데 왔다갔다 해요.  누사두아 전용 비치는 우리가 처음에 묵었던 그랜드하얏트 발리 리조트 바로 옆이었는데, 나뭇가지로 나름 구역을 나눠놓고 '르네상스 호텔 전용 비치' 로 사용중이었어요. 
비치바에서 신선한 코코넛 주스랑 망고스무디 볼 주문해서 먹었어요.

망고스무디 볼 비주얼이 훌륭해서 마음에 들었어요. 스무디볼 맛은 좀 밍밍한 망고맛? 시럽 조금 타면 엄청 맛있었을텐데. 그랜드하얏트 발리 리조트에서 먹었던 스무디볼은 비쥬얼이 이상했지만 맛이 있었고
르네상스 발리 누사두아 리조트에서 먹는 망고 스무디볼은 비쥬얼이 훌륭한데 맛이 덜하네요. 
 

The location of Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace is on a hill, making it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation.
 
While it was enjoyable at first, by the third day, I started to feel a bit bored. So, I took the shuttle bus to Nusa Dua's private beach. The shuttle bus travels between Bali Collection Shopping Mall and Nusa Dua Beach. The exclusive beach for Nusa Dua was right next to the Grand Hyatt Bali Resort, where we initially stayed. They have divided the area with tree branches, designating it as the 'Renaissance Hotel Private Beach.'
I ordered a fresh coconut juice and a mango smoothie bowl at the beach bar. The clear imprint of 'Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort' on the coconut was visually striking. The visual of the mango smoothie bowl was excellent, and I liked it. However, the taste of the smoothie was a bit bland, with a faint mango flavor. It might have been delicious with a little more syrup. In contrast, the smoothie bowl at the Grand Hyatt Bali Resort had an unusual visual, but it tasted great. The mango smoothie bowl at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort had an impressive appearance, but the taste was less impressive.
 

 
그리고 메리어트 발리 누사두아 테라스의 장점은 키즈클럽과 리조트 액티비티 프로그램이 무료에요.
발리여행하면서 3곳 숙소에서 지냈는데 다른곳들은 액티비티 참여할 때마다 수업료가 있었거든요.
이곳에 머물면서 열심히 무료 프로그램에 참여해봤어요.
그 중 만족했던 아로마 오일 테스트.
스파샵에서 진행하는데 시설이 너무 고급스럽고 멋진거에요.
 
Moreover, one of the advantages of Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace is that the Kids' Club and resort activity programs are complimentary. During my Bali trip, I stayed at three different places, and in the others, there was a fee for each activity participation. While staying here, I actively participated in the free programs, among which I particularly enjoyed the aroma oil test. It took place at the spa shop, which had luxurious and impressive facilities.
 

이 모든 아로마 에센셜 오일 향기를 맡으면서 어떤 효능이 있는지 설명도 듣고 체험하는 시간이었어요. 
은근 힐링되더라구요. 내가 좋아하는 향이 어떤 것인지 알게되는 시간이었습니다. 
심신의 안정을 돕는 베르가못 향이 특히 좋았어요.

While experiencing the aroma of all these essential oils, I had the opportunity to hear explanations about their various benefits and experience them. It was a subtly healing experience. It was a time where I discovered what scents I personally enjoy. The bergamot scent, known for promoting mental and emotional well-being, was particularly delightful.

 

 
스파샵 옆에 위치한 피트니스 가봤는데 시설 깨끗하고 기구들도 새 컨디션에 좋더라구요.
사우나랑 월풀욕조 시설도 있었음.

I checked out the fitness center located next to the spa shop, and the facilities were clean, with the equipment in good condition. They also had sauna and whirlpool bath facilities.
 

키즈클럽 안에서 여러가지 프로그램이 있어요. 연 만들기, 그림그리기, 영화보기, 게임하기, 퍼즐맞추기 등등
여러명의 직원이 상주하고 있어서 아이들이랑 계속 놀아줘요. 엄청 친절하고 아이들 이름 다 기억해서 이름도 자주 불러주고..만족하고 감동한 곳이었습니다. 아직도 감사하네요.

The Kids' Club offers various programs such as kite making, drawing, movie watching, gaming, puzzle-solving, and more. Several staff members are present, engaging with the kids throughout. They are extremely friendly, remembering the children's names and frequently calling them by name. It was a satisfying and touching experience. I'm still grateful for it.
 

 
다른 날 수영장에서 진행된 아쿠아로빅 프로그램에 참여해봤어요. 누구나 참여 가능한 무료 액티비티에요.
프로그램 중 동네구경 투어하는 액티비티 참여해보니까, 인도네시아 전통의상 입어보고 인도네시아인 현지인 집에 가서 구경하는 시간이었어요. 액티비티 프로그램은 요일마다 상이하니 시간표 참고해야해요.

It's great that you participated in the aqua aerobics program at a different pool. It's a free activity available for everyone. During the program, you also joined a neighborhood tour activity, where you wore traditional Indonesian costumes and visited a local Indonesian home. Activity programs may vary by day, so it's a good idea to check the schedule.
