[스타즈호텔 프리미어동탄] "삼면이바다" 호텔 레스토랑 다녀왔어요

오늘은 스타즈호텔 프리미어동탄에 위치한 호텔맛집 "삼면이바다"를 방문한 후기를 기록하려 합니다.
 
스타즈호텔 20층에 위치한 '삼면이바다' 횟집은 이미 동탄의 핫플레이스로 소문난 곳입니다.
특히 커플들 사이에서 특별한 날의 데이트장소로 입소문 난 곳이라고 합니다.
 
Snowman Hotel Review
Today, I'm going to record my visit to the famous restaurant "Sammy's Seafood" located at Stars Hotel Premier Dongtan.
'Sammy's Seafood', located on the 20th floor of Stars Hotel, is already a well-known hot spot in Dongtan. Especially among couples, it's known as a popular dating spot for special occasions.
 

 
스타즈호텔 프리미엄동탄은 4성급 호텔로,  모던하고 감각적인 로비가 인상적이었어요.
저는 동탄맛집 '삼면이바다'에 가려고 20층으로 올라갔습니다.

Stars Hotel Premier Dongtan is a 4-star hotel, and its modern and stylish lobby left a strong impression on me. I went up to the 20th floor to visit 'Sammy's Seafood', a famous restaurant in Dongtan.
 

스타즈호텔 20층에 도착하면 화사한 꽃들이 맞이해주는데 이 순간부터 기분이 한껏 좋아집니다.
 
When you arrive at the 20th floor of Stars Hotel, you're greeted by bright flowers, and from that moment on, your mood improves significantly.
 

동탄횟집 삼면이바다는 곳곳에 꽃들을 활용한 화사한 인테리어가 눈에 띄었어요. 꽃들로 가득한 공간이 여심을 사로잡아 왜 이곳이 데이트코스로 인기가 많은지 알 것 같았습니다.  

At Sammy's Seafood, a seafood restaurant in Dongtan, I noticed vibrant interiors adorned with flowers in every corner. The space filled with flowers captivated my heart, and I could understand why this place is so popular as a dating spot.

 

 

물고기가 물살을 따라 헤어치는 모습을 표현한 천장 장식이 특히 눈에 들어왔구요.
저 멀리 전광판이 마치 수중 레스토랑에 온 듯한 느낌을 주었습니다. 
마치 몰디브 리조트에 있는 수중레스토랑을 연상케 해 주는 공간이었어요~
정말 고급스럽고 멋진 분위기를 자랑합니다.
 
The ceiling decoration, depicting fish swimming against the currents, particularly caught my eye. In the distance, the LED screen gave the feeling of being in an underwater restaurant. The space reminded me of underwater restaurants in resorts like the Maldives. It truly exuded a luxurious and magnificent atmosphere.

 

메인홀 또한 고급스럽지만,  내부로 들어가면 조용한 공간이 마련되어 있어 가족행사나 회식 모임을 위한 장소로 좋아보입니다. 저 또한 부모님 생신때 모시고 오고 싶네요.   
연말에 동탄횟집 또는 동탄회식장소를 찾으신다면 이 곳을 추천합니다.  
 

The main hall is also luxurious, but once you step inside, you'll find a quiet space that's perfect for family events or corporate gatherings. I personally would love to bring my parents here for their birthdays. If you're looking for a place for an end-of-year gathering or celebration in Dongtan, I highly recommend this place.

 

 
미리 예약한 창가자리에 앉았는데 창문 밖으로 야경이 보여 만족스러웠고 유아용 식기를 준비해 주는 서비스가 마음에 들었습니다.

I sat at a window seat that I had reserved in advance, and I was satisfied with the night view outside the window. I also appreciated the service of providing children's tableware, which was thoughtful and considerate.

 

 
삼면이바다 칵테일 메뉴에요.
블루컬러감이 돋보이는 칵테일이 바다 이미지를 연상시켜 주어 특별한 날 분위기를 낼 때 딱이겠죠.
호텔 레스토랑 칵테일 가격이 9000원이면 너무 괜찮은데요?! 굉장히 합리적인 가격인 것 같습니다. 
참고로 삼면이바다 주차는 3시간 무료입니다.  

Here's the cocktail menu for Sammy's Seafood. The cocktails, with their blue hues, evoke images of the sea, making them perfect for creating a special atmosphere on memorable occasions. If the hotel restaurant cocktail prices are 9000 won, it seems quite reasonable! It appears to be a very reasonable price. For your information, parking at Sammy's Seafood is free for 3 hours.

 

예약한 인원수에 맞게 타올이 제공되는데 손 닦을 때 은은한 향기가 나서 좋았습니다.
힐링회 초밥 정식 2인 식사를 주문했고 가격은 1인당 58000원이었습니다.

정성상차림  +모듬회(소) + 초밥+ 온메일 국수 입니다.
 
Towels were provided according to the reserved number of guests, and it was nice to have a subtle fragrance when drying my hands. We ordered the Healing Sushi Set Meal for 2 people, and the price was 58,000 won per person.

정성상차림 구성은 11가지가 나옵니다.
전어젓갈 미역쌈, 양파를 곁들인 낙지, 새우냉채, 백골뱅이 특제소스 샐러드, 체다치즈로 맛을 낸 콘치즈, 치즈돈까스, 홍초절임 토마토, 치즈 감자전, 멍게무침, 유자묵은지, 생선뼈로 우려낸 미역국을 포함하고 있었습니다.

각각의 요리가 차려지는데 테이블 위에 가득히 꽉차서 한번에 사진으로 담기 어려울 정도였어요. ㅎㄷㄷ

가족모임시 횟집 가면 아이 먹일게 별로 없어서 난감했던 경험이 있었는데, 여기는 상차림에 치즈돈까스, 미역국이 나와서 밥과 함께 아이 먹을거리가 있어서 그 점이 너무 좋았어요.  
동탄 가족모임 계획하시는 분, 아이동반 가족에게는 이 점이 괜찮은 것 같습니다.
 
The "carefully arranged dishes" included 11 items: marinated raw fish with fermented skate and seaweed wraps, sliced octopus with onions, shrimp salad, special sauce salad with white shellfish, corn cheese, cheese tonkatsu (pork cutlet), pickled tomatoes with vinegar, cheese potato pancakes, seaweed salad, pickled radish with yuzu (Japanese citrus), and seaweed soup brewed with fish bones.
 
Each dish was presented so abundantly on the table that it was difficult to capture them all in one photo. 😄
 
I've had difficulties finding food for my kids when dining at seafood restaurants for family gatherings, but here, with items like cheese tonkatsu and seaweed soup as part of the spread, there were suitable options for kids to enjoy with rice. That aspect was really appreciated. For those planning family gatherings in Dongtan, especially for families with children, this point seems quite favorable.
 

 
이곳에서는 8가지 재료로 직접 만든 수제간장을 제공 합니다.
저는 평소 회나 해산물 먹을 때는 초장을 찍어 먹는것을 선호하는데,이곳의 간장은 초장보다 더 매력적이어서 간장을 계속 찍어 먹었습니다. 
입맛을 확 돌게 해 주며 혀를 감싸는 감칠맛이 뚜렷하고 뭔가 남달라요. 
 
Here, they offer homemade soy sauce made from 8 different ingredients. While I usually prefer dipping my sashimi or seafood in vinegar-based dipping sauce, the soy sauce here was so appealing that I found myself continuously dipping my food in it instead. It had a distinct and captivating flavor that awakened my taste buds and left a unique impression.

 

특히 홍초절임 토마토는 새콤하고 부드러운 식감이 일품이었고,  멍게무침은 쌉살한 맛으로 입맛을 돋구니 앞서 말한 두가지 메뉴를 스타터로 먼저 드셔보세요.
그리고 치즈감자전... 진짜 강추하는 메뉴 중 하나입니다.
방금 언급했던 수제간장에 찍어 먹으니까 완전 조합이 잘되고 훌륭했습니다.
 

In particular, the pickled tomatoes with vinegar had a delightful tanginess and smooth texture, while the seaweed salad had a refreshing and savory taste that whetted the appetite. I recommend trying these two dishes as starters. And the cheese potato pancakes... They are truly one of the must-try items. When dipped in the homemade soy sauce I mentioned earlier, the combination was absolutely fantastic and outstanding.

 

11가지 스끼다시 하나하나 다 맛있네요.
저는 유자 묵은지가 입맛에 잘 맞아서 한번 더 먹었어요.
가시뼈로 우려낸 미역국은 시원한 맛이 느껴졌는데 아이가 미역국 먹을 때 가시뼈가 있을 수 있으니 직원분께서 가시뼈 없도록 국을 떠서 주었습니다.
너무 친절하고 세심한 서비스에 감동 받았습니다.

Each of the 11 sushi items was delicious in its own right. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the pickled radish with yuzu, so I had another serving of it. The seaweed soup brewed with fish bones had a refreshing taste, but since there were fish bones in it, the staff kindly offered to strain it to remove the bones, especially considering children might not prefer them. I was deeply impressed by the attentive and thoughtful service provided.
 

그리고 회랑 초밥이 나왔는데 신선하고 회도 두툼하고 무엇보다 양이 푸짐했어요! 와 진짜 배부르게 먹었습니다.
푸짐한 양이라 가족외식하기 정말 좋은 곳이에요.
 

Furthermore, when the sashimi and sushi arrived, they were fresh and generously portioned! The slices of sashimi were thick, and there was an abundance of them! I truly enjoyed the meal to my heart's content. With such generous portions, it's indeed an excellent place for family dining.

 

 
식사를 마치고 화장실을 갔더니 면봉, 화장솜, 치실, 머리끈이 놓여있는 모습이에요.
수많은 호텔레스토랑을 다녀봤지만 이런 세심함을 처음봐서 ㅎㅎ
삼면이바다에서 외식한 경험이 더욱 특별한 기억으로 남을 것 같습니다.

After finishing the meal and visiting the restroom, I found cotton swabs, cotton pads, dental floss, and hair ties neatly arranged. I've been to many hotel restaurants, but it was my first time encountering such thoughtfulness. Dining at Sammy's Seafood will surely remain a memorable experience, thanks to these special touches.
