조말론 부티크 서비스 이용권이 생겨서 한번 다녀왔습니다.
This time, I'll record my experience of receiving a 'Jo Malone Hand Massage'.
I recently visited after acquiring a Jo Malone boutique service voucher.
홈페이지에서 '핸드 앤 암 마사지'를 예약했는데 원하는 향기를 시향해보고 직접 고를 수 있어요.
이것저것 테스트 해서 나의 취향도 알아보고, 원하는 향을 골라 관리를 받아 볼 수 있는게 너무 좋았어요.
핸드 앤 암 마사지는 총 20분 소요된다고 합니다.
I booked a 'Hand and Arm Massage,' and I could try out various fragrances to choose the one I liked.
It was great to test out different scents to discover my preferences and then receive the treatment with my chosen fragrance.
The Hand and Arm Massage took a total of 20 minutes.
조말론 매장 분위기가 마치 고급 호텔스파 온 느낌났어요.
호텔에 이런 조말론 스파가 생긴다면 너무 어울릴 것 같고 방문할 의향이 있습니다 후훗
The ambiance of the Jo Malone store felt like a luxurious hotel spa.
If a Jo Malone spa were to open in a hotel, I feel it would be a perfect fit and I would definitely consider visiting.
미리 두명 예약해서 동시 진행했습니다.

We made reservations for two people in advance and had our sessions simultaneously.
Here's a glimpse of the setup on the table for the hand massage. Even the paper cups were from Jo Malone.
여기서 팁은요?! 조말론 핸드 마사지는 팔꿈치 아래까지 받는 서비스이기 때문에, 소매가 잘 올라가는 옷을 입고 오면 편해요.
처음부터 끝까지 조말론 상품으로 관리를 받게 되는데, 중간중간 향을 맡아보게 해주시고 그야말로 향기로운 서비스를 경험하게 될 거에요.
Tip?! Since the Jo Malone hand massage extends all the way down to the elbows, it's best to wear clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up for comfort.
Moreover, from start to finish, you'll be treated with Jo Malone products, and they'll let you sample fragrances along the way, making it truly a fragrant experience.
바디워시에 내가 고른 향을 믹스해서 거품을 만들어 줍니다.
특별한 성분이 들어있어 쫀쫀한 생크림 느낌의 거품이었고, 쫀쫀할수록 노폐물 제거가 잘 된다고 하네요.
They mix the fragrance I selected into the body wash to create a rich lather.
With special ingredients, it felt like a dense whipped cream, and they mentioned that the denser the lather, the better it is for removing impurities.
거품 클렌징 이후에 조말론 바디크림을 한스푼 떠서 팔과 손에 발라줍니다.
거품 클렌징을 할 때는 뭔가 시원한 느낌이 나더라구요.
매장 공기가 차가워서 그런지 더 시원한 느낌을 느낄 수 있는데, 실제로 판매하는 조말론 클렌징 제품은 쿨링감이 없다고 해요.
After cleansing with the foaming wash, they apply a spoonful of Jo Malone body cream to my arms and hands.
During the foaming wash, there was a refreshing sensation.
Perhaps it's because of the cool air in the store, but I could feel an extra coolness, although the actual Jo Malone cleansing products they sell don't have a cooling effect.
바디크림 바르고 본격적으로 손 마사지를 해 줍니다.
직접 받아보니까 경락같은 시원함은 아니구요, 부드럽게 바디크림을 발라주는 느낌이에요.
마지막으로 코롱을 뿌려주고 마무리 해 줍니다.
피부가 건조할 수록 향이 빨리 날아간대요.
그래서 바디크림이라 바세린을 바르고 위에 레이어링 하듯이 코롱을 뿌려주면 잔향이 더욱 오래 간다고 합니다.
조말론 상품으로 관리를 받으니 너무 좋으네요.... 조말론 스파샵 생기면 얼마나 좋을까요?!
딱 끝나고 나오니 진짜 20분걸렸어요. 이게 마사지를 20분 해주는게 아니라 시향해보고 상품 설명해주는 시간 총 합쳐서 20분 걸렸습니다. 막상 핸드 마사지는 10분 정도 짧게 해 주는 서비스였네요.
After applying the body cream, they proceed with the hand massage.
Experiencing it firsthand, it didn't have a refreshing sensation like acupressure; rather, it felt like gently applying body cream.
Finally, they spritz cologne as a finishing touch.
They mentioned that the fragrance dissipates faster on dry skin. So, they suggested layering cologne over body cream, akin to layering cologne over Vaseline, to make the scent last longer.
Receiving treatment with Jo Malone products was truly delightful... Wouldn't it be wonderful if there were Jo Malone spa shops?!
As soon as it was over, I realized it really did take 20 minutes. It wasn't 20 minutes of massage but a combination of trying out fragrances and product explanations, totaling 20 minutes. The actual hand massage service was about 10 minutes shorter than expected.

조말론 매장 옆에 있는 푸드코트에서 밥 사 먹었어요.
사람들 줄 서 있길래 한번 먹어봤는데 보양 쌀국수랑 바쿠테 쌀국수 먹었어요.
I ate at the food court next to the Jo Malone store.
There was a line, so I decided to try it out.
