그린델발트 아이거북벽 뷰 조식 [융프라우 로지 스위스 마운틴] 호텔 후기

오늘은 그린델발트에 있는 '융프라우 로지 스위스 마운틴 호텔'에서 조식 먹었던 경험을 공유합니다.

Hello. This is a review from Snowman Hotel Review. Today, I'd like to share my experience of having breakfast at the 'Jungfrau Lodge Swiss Mountain Hotel' in Grindelwald.

 

 

호텔 객실 테라스에서 바라보는 그린델발트 풍경이에요.
5월의 그린델발트는 정말 엽서에서 보던 그림 같애요. 한마디로 초록초록한 스위스 마을 풍경이었답니다. 

 

This is the view of Grindelwald from the hotel room terrace.

Grindelwald in May looks like a picture-perfect scene from a postcard.

In a word, it was a lush green Swiss village landscape.

 

조식 먹으러 1층에 내려왔어요.
창가에서 아이거북벽이 보이는데, 이 황홀한 풍경을 보면서 아침식사 할 수 있어요.
식당 자리는 널널하고 자리가 충분했지만 창가쪽 자리에 앉고 싶어서 오픈하자마자 일찍 내려왔습니다. 

 

I went down to the first floor for breakfast.

From the window, you can see the Eiger North Face, and you can enjoy this breathtaking view while having your breakfast. There were plenty of seats in the dining area, but I wanted to sit by the window, so I came down early as soon as it opened.

 

 

조식 메뉴를 전체적으로 살펴봤는데 음식 종류가 많지는 않았어요. 
오렌지 주스, 시리얼, 빵, 밥, 국, 삶은계란, 간장, 스위스치즈, 요거트, 과일, 샐러드, 뮤즐리, 햄, 살라미 가 있었습니다. 

 

I took a look at the breakfast menu, and while there weren't many options, there was a decent variety. They had orange juice, cereal, bread, rice, soup, boiled eggs, soy sauce, Swiss cheese, yogurt, fruit, salad, muesli, ham, and salami.

 

 

직원에게 주문하면 카푸치노랑 핫초코를 가져다 줍니다. 

아침 식사를 간단히 먹기 좋았어요.

요거트, 과일, 크루아상, 삶은계란, 주스,커피 한잔 정도 먹었습니다.

딱 유럽식 아침 식사네요.

 

If you order from the staff, they will bring you cappuccino or hot chocolate.

It was perfect for a light breakfast.

I had some yogurt, fruit, a croissant, a boiled egg, juice, and a cup of coffee.

A classic European breakfast.

 

 

이 호텔을 이용하는 동양인 비율이 높아서 조식 메뉴에 밥을 가져다 놓은 것 같은데... 함께 먹을 반찬이 없어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 

나름 유럽식 아침식사에 밥을 가져다놓아서 신경쓴것 같긴 한데, 동양식 식사에 대한 이해가 부족한거 같애서 뭔가 귀엽기도 하고 그랬어요.  
그래도 스위스 여행할때 밥 한끼가 너무 비싼데...호텔 조식 뷔페에서 든든히 먹고 하루를 시작하면 좋아요!

It seems like the hotel includes rice in the breakfast menu because of the high number of Asian guests... but there aren't any side dishes to go with it, haha.

It's kind of cute how they made an effort to incorporate rice into the European-style breakfast, although they don't fully understand Asian cuisine.

Still, since meals in Switzerland can be quite expensive, it's great to start your day with a hearty breakfast from the hotel buffet!

 

 

조식 먹고 객실 테라스에서 바라본 그린델발트 풍경이에요. 
융프라우 로지 스위스 마운틴 호텔은 이 뷰 하나만으로도 여기 호텔의 모든 단점을 잊게 만들어요.
다른 후기 읽어보니까 이 호텔에서 뷰 안 좋은 방들도 있대요.... 이른바 벽뷰 !!

뷰 안 좋은 방에 묵을거면 일부러 호텔 안 와도 됩니다. 왜냐면 엘리베이터도 없고 시설이 낡았어요.
솔직히.... 뷰만 좋은 그린델발트의 가성비 호텔이에요.

After breakfast, I took in the view of Grindelwald from the room terrace.

The Jungfrau Lodge Swiss Mountain Hotel has such an amazing view that it makes you forget any shortcomings of the hotel.

However, according to other reviews, not all rooms have a great view... some have what's called a "wall view."

If you end up in a room without a good view, it might not be worth staying at this hotel. There’s no elevator and the facilities are quite old. Honestly... it’s a budget hotel in Grindelwald with only the view going for it.
